If i could give zero stars i would. Ordered a Jabra Bluetooth for $70.00 USD over 3 months ago. They sent a cheap$3.00 pair of sunglasses. They keep promising to make it right but it shouldn't take over 3 months. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS RIPOFF SITE!!!!

I wanted to update my review and say that Agenotsy is still trying to string me along, same thing sent me cheap wrong item then said the item must have been lost, Lies... sounds like the same thing they’ve done to others. They continue to tell me they will resend the initial item over and over. I wanted to see how long they would ride it out because not only is it wasting my time but they have to be paying someone to answer angry consumers that they ripped off so figured I’d keep wasting there time too. I urge anyone else that had this experience to e mail them till there blue in the face also. If I have to I will get my money worth being an irritating thorn in there side any way I can because I can’t get satisfaction down any other legal Route. It’s the principle of it now, I will be happy to know I’m wasting there valuable time they have to rip people off opening my e mails to see 2 thumbs up like #%=<~*+ that’s all, have a wonderful day. Because that’s time they could have had scamming a hard working consumer like you and I. Thank you. Let’s show Agenotsy we won’t just go away that easy 😉

They send you some cheap shot instead of your original order then take months to string you along. Do not order from them!

Absolute scum bags! Fake products. I ordered Sony noise cancellation earbuds I paid 50 dollars for them too good to be true! When is finally arrived I got a knockoff woman's wallet. They said they will ship out the correct one I gave him another chance then it was sent and then there was lost. Never use these scumbags! It's a fake website fake products fake promises fake people who are fake. Even though they're in China I hope that they go to jail

I’ve never had a worse experience online shopping. They were quick to take my money yet then elusive when it came to filling me in on details. It was like pulling teeth to find out they said they were backed up on orders but I think it’s all a SCAM. They gave me a tracking number to follow from a app I had to download (weird) probably to get me to leave them alone for a month it finally came from China. I finally get my package and it’s a cheap credit card holder NOT HEADPHONES I paid 60 dollars for, and now they won’t answer me back. DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM AGENOTSY! It’s a SCAM from my experience. Oh thanks for the QUARTER machine credit card holder you gave me Agenotsy, tricky, Thanks for ripping off my hard earned money.

I can't believe that I got scammed. I order a LG Tone Platinum HBS-1100 Premium Wireless Stereo Headset Gold color on January 6th; the problem is I order 1 but after I click purchase it showed up 2 in the cart and they gone with a big chunk of my money when I send them a email they ignore it I then contact them by the number listed on their website and is a funny number that no one ever answer that number not even a voicemail set up., so I am taken by a SCAMMER!!!! I ask them on this same day to please cancel my order and refund me my money they said if you decide to cancel 2 days late you'll pay shipping return at your expense. So I tried everything to cancel the order on January 6th same day I made purchase then on January 21 I receive from them a Louis Vuitton Wallet something I never ordered, I even contact the number and no one ever responded to me until the 8th by email saying my order was shipped and thanking me for my order then later that day they respond with send me your order number so i can check which I gave it to them the same day I cancelled; again until this day I am getting the same response "send me your order number so I can check" that is all they're replying as if they have no COMMUNICATION SKILLS OR UNDERSTANDING ENGLISH. The tricky thing about their website is that is doesn't show a Hong Kong business it shows Agenotsy with a U.S. address online to fool you until you click order and your credit card has paid to then see the shipment is from Hong Kong! What a terrible experience they are not TRUSTWORTHY DO NOT BUY HERE!!!
I HAVE ASKED THEM MANY TIMES REFUND ME MY $125.54 AND ALL THEIR DOING IS IGNORING MY REQUEST...THEY NEED TO GET OUT OF BUSINESS; SCAMMERS.

Scam site. every item is basically priced the same DO NOT BUY anything here. I have made a report to the USAG they have a Cyber Crimes division. this company qualifies.They Never pickup the phone and their address is an abandoned ranch in Idaho.
