I bought this as a present I wish I had known it came in a postal bag with relevant printing on it so I could have had it sent directly to the recipient rather than to me. I’ve yet to have feedback from my nephew.

Amazing product. Communication was quick and friendly and the product shipped fast and internationally to a small town where we usually find it difficult to receive mail. Overall wonderful.

The app keeps crashing and doesn't let you get passes the first stage. My daughter was so excited to use it then so dissaponted after several failed attempts.

My grand-daughter is now obsessed with being an Agent. This was the best Christmas present, kept her engrossed all afternoon. I am, of course, sworn to secrecy about this!

Better packaging would be good as parcel got slightly damaged slightly damaging the contents inside

A brilliant idea for my grandson. Speedy and safe delivery of the pack. It's a Christmas gift so we haven't looked too closely yet but it all seems to be well executed and quality goods. I loved all the communications about despatch and delivery being in espionage terms, though was grateful that they weren't in code! Thank you.

We live in Canada and purchased this for our 7 year old granddaughter in London. We watched her open it on Skype and heard her declare excitedly that it was the best Hannukah present EVER. She loved the invitation letter that welcomed her as an agent, the contract to sign, the map and coding disk, gadgets, stickers and more. The exterior packaging was entertaining and exciting. She has not yet read the book nor accessed the app, but was so tremendously keen to get on with being a secret agent. This was a great gift to send from afar. It arrived quickly in such an enticing outer package.

Excellent service

Since the package arrived with "Top Secret" printed on the front; I entered into the spirit of the thing and never opened it (to check contents). So that my grandson could be certain that the -for his eyes only- documents hadn't been intercepted.

As it happens, there was an item missing. However, the great team at CSA HQ had sent a replacement part, within 48 hours. As a result, my grandson is now one of the newest enthusiastic spies.

I bought this for my 8 year old grandson who loves numbers, codes and of course computers as a treat. He absolutely loves it - just his thing. He has enlisted his family into agent training once he had completed his own! I like how it links and reinforces computer curriculum taught in schools. The agent training really reinforces online safety in an interesting way.
I am now looking at follow on ‘agent’ material to purchase. We are very pleased with presentation and content.

My daughter couldn't put this book down from Page 1, she particularly liked the Spy Agent pack. Highly recommend!

I am glad I found this as my daughter expressed interest in spies/mysteries etc. I decided to get it as past of her birthday present and she has loved it so much. She still talks about it and carries around her CSA card.
