I was so excited to get started on my new website started. I have been shopping for a while and decided that AgentFire was going to be the best fit for my needs. I followed the streamline tasks to help the developers get a sense of what I was looking for and what I am as a realtor. The website came out looking like a custom website that is easy to navigate and showcases my experiences.

Great Responsiveness and helpful.

OVER PROMISED, UNDER ACHIEVED, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - NO RESPONSE - MONEY TAKEN - SITE NEVER COMPLETED. Left emails, notified the BBB, still no response or resolution from Agent Fire. My site was never completed, and many things were never explained about how to use the application. Information on my site was incorrect and for months it did not get corrected. The items promised were not provided. Then I was ghosted, my money taken, my site shut down, and still no response to my many emails and request for help and resolution. The customer service and negligence is unbelievable. All I asked was that my site be completed, I be trained, and it be working for the time that I paid for but no ..... crickets. It's rude. For over a month the BBB has been asking for a response and resolution....crickets. I'm sure there are probably many other people who have had the same poor experience. No I do not recommend them. Their site and video says you will be completed and online in 10 days.... six weeks later my site was still incorrect. For the first two weeks I received no communication, no updates, no draft nothing. The designer was rude and did the very bare minimum. The chat help desk is one person. Agent fire makes you pay up front for set up and the first month even though the site isn't even started yet. Of all the sites I've used in the past this was a first. My search allowed users to look at all properties but not seperate single family from mobile homes or condos or townhomes. The user would get a list of everything not the custom search they promised on their website and video. When I asked for help with this, they said the features were not available. Several glitches occurred and thier response was, that they would look into it... never providing a resolution or a fix. I have never had such a horrible experience with a real estate website builder before in my career. OVER PROMISED, UNDER ACHIEVED, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - NO RESPONSE - MONEY TAKEN. I do not recommend agent fire. NO CUSTOMER SATISFATION POLICY. NO ESCALATION. NO SUPERVISORS. NO RESPONSE. DON'T FALL FOR IT.

It was affordable, intuitive, and they had my website up and running quickly! Not to mention the add ons and support they provide for software for real estate agents is top notch! Would recommend them to any of my colleagues.

I looked at different website design companies for my real estate agent website and decided to go with AgentFire. I selected the semi-custom package and worked with the amazing Milan Adic, a Senior Designer with AgentFire. Milan offered fantastic insight/design recommendations based on what I wanted to create. He was very patient with me and was always on top of making the edits/changes immediately as we worked on designing my website. He was always available to hop on a quick call to answer any of my questions, especially if there was something that I couldn't wrap my head around during the design process (since I'm not a technical person). When we finally went live, I shared my website with friends and family, and they were all really impressed with how it looked.

Everyone I've spoken to, from sales to support to customer success, has been outstanding.
