I bought a product

I bought a product, it took a long time to ship, and when it arrived it was nothing like what I ordered. Now nobody is responding.

Scam, avoid at all cost

I initially reached out to Age of Stone to order a table, and they were very attentive and responsive over WhatsApp, which gave me some hope. However, the delivery of my table was a complete disaster. The table top had a large crack, and one of the legs was also damaged. They left two of the legs behind and took the rest, claiming they would arrange for a new table.

After that, I never heard anything from them again. I called and WhatsApped them more than 20 times with no response. I even reached out via email and warned that I would take legal action, at which point I finally got a response within 24 hours. They assured me the table would arrive within two weeks, as their customer service was not currently working.

Two weeks passed, and still no table. Now, when I try to email them, my messages bounce back, and I cannot get in touch with anyone. This company is a complete scam. They will take your money and not deliver your order, and they will not respond to you.

Do yourself a favor and do not order from Age of Stone. I will be pursuing legal action against them, and I strongly advise others to stay away from this fraudulent company.

No table, no replies! Don’t use

I ordered a table through WhatsApp/online end of Feb - I’ve been trying to call/message/email about when I can expect it but no response on any channel. I paid through bank transfer so not even insurance through the credit card provider.

Terrible experience

Order #1043
I ordered a table end of Sept 2024, paid straight away. I received a wrong table with one leg after 4 months. After numerous communications I have been told I would receive a new table, picked up the old one and partially refunded.
Nothing happened, I got blocked, no answer anymore!
Customer service was probably one of the most terrible experiences.
Trust me, NEVER BUY anything from here!

Phenomenal

I had my concerns on placing an order with the co as there weren’t any UK reviews, however I am so happy I took the risk (they take Paypal so this put me at ease). We asked them to make a custom jade green marble table for us to fit out narrow dining room and it is PERFECT. If you were thinking about using them, you won’t be disappointed. The table arrived in 22 days from order and was very securely packaged.
