I called this company's number as per their advertising flyer and received a medical alert promotional recording and could not get past it. This company places a forced medical alert recording on anybody who phones in. I will never buy anything from this phoney company. Just another scam. And now I find out the company has changed its name to garden port or gardenport so I sent them a message about what happened with their product. Still no response.

Purchased 1.5 oz 7’ x 50’ row cover (for freeze and frost protection of mango trees). Arrived within a week, well packaged and in excellent condition. Not used yet but seems to be of quality construction.

I did not receive my order. It was returned to sender without informing me. I have sent emails to AgFabric and Wellco Industries and no one has replied.
I do not recommend ordering from this ccompany.

I have never received my product. I have emailed and called and no one has contacted me.

Slow shipping, took 15 days to arrive.

I've been looking for 30% Shade Cloth for sometime, and I was so glad to find it here. I like this company, but they are out of many products listed upon their website. Nonetheless, I will continue to shop here. I appreciate their reasonable shipping rates, too! Other websites have ridiculous shipping rates, and I bale immediately.

We've ordered. We've not received our order or any communication from this company whatsoever.
Also was nothing on the site to tell us we would have to wait for this to be manufactured in China before it would be shipped....who knows how long that process will be.
So now we get this "Voice Your Opinion" and we have nothing positive to say about them whatsoever as of today.
Maybe someday we'll get our product and we can comment on that, but as a company right now, nothing good.

Wonderful service excellent prices quick shipping

I needed the garden matting quickly but didn't want to pay high delivery fees. AgFabric got it to me when I needed it!

I bought some 1.5 oz floating row cover for sensitive outdoor plants for use when the temperature drops below freezing. It works great.

Unfortunately, the service the company provides is, in my case at least, nonexistent. I had a question about proper care, about which nothing was supplied with the product. I have emailed four times over several months and not only have received no help, I have received nothing: no acknowledgement of having emailed them, no reply saying "Get lost!"---nothing.

Under the circumstances, three stars is excessive, given that service is the flip side of any product. Be advised that if you have any issue, you'd better consult an astrologer or a turkey salesman---or prepare to wait until doomsday to get a reply from these folks.

Very happy with the product, delivered in a very timely manner.

Product came exactly as described, on time, and shift immediately upon purchase. No damage to packaging or box. I haven't used the item but it appears to be a good quality. Would do it again

I bought this to replace a 3 year old shade damanged by high wind. I really like the 10x12 cover for my patio. it filters out the sun. I hope this will last longer than 3 years.

Fast shipping, at a good price

Great site, easy to navigate and best prices that I’ve seen. The products I ordered came incredibly fast and packaged well. Will definitely be using this company again.

When I ordered my original order the fabric that came was not what I was needing because of the fabric being more water resistant than what I needed. But I called the company and talked to Eva V from Wellco Industries. She was very helpful and tried to get me a fabric that more condusive to my application. The fabric I needed didnt have one in the size I needed so she worked to get me 2 of the updated fabric and at no additional cost to me for the inconvienance. It took a week though to get any answer from them but they still did take care of my needs. I will be buying from them on a regular basis from now on. Thanks Well Co and thank you Eva!
