AGFCamera stole more than 12k USDs
AGFCamera stole more than 12k USDs. So, I made a purchase with AGFCamera through their website and Shopee. I bought a
”Leica Noctilux-M 50mm F/0.95 ASPH. Lens Black 11602 *BRAND NEW*” for $8839
and a
“Leica Visoflex Elctronic Viewfinder with GPS 18767 for M10 M10-P TL X *BRAND NEW*” for $484
and I also shipped a
“LEICA SUPER-ELMAR-M 1:3.8/18 mm ASPH. Brand New”
to their store because they told me they could keep it to me until the end of pandemic so I could pick it up or have it shipped together with my other items.
My purchase was paid in the beginning of the pandemic and I could not travel right away to Hong Kong because they placed restrictions to travelers and they could not ship because shipments were being restricted in my country as well.
so, pandemic ended, got in touch many times, they never shipped anything nor gave back my money, total of 12k USDs. They stole everything shamelessly!
Now I have to start an international court action, contact the local police because I still can’t get there in person. But even if I could I would have to spend a good amount of money just to try to solve this in person.
another great example of untrustworthy business that are forced to fulfill purchases just because their money are being held by sites like eBay. PayPal and shopee are completely useless! Do not trust AGFcamera business!
