Extremely unreliable, they’ve lost my parcel and now they don’t respond to my messages. I wouldn’t recommend aghanoor to anyone , unprofessional and bad customer service as well

I am buying cloths from Agha Noor from 15 years now . I ordered the custom dress from the bridal studio .. you don’t get what you order d. The work the fabric and the color. Dose’t look like what I have ordered I would say confidently say nathing looks like what I ordered..and extremely bad customer service..

Travelled from Canada for a short visit to Karachi. I stopped by Agha Noor and purchased three suits. On the spot, I requested to change one suit for a different color, but the staff refused, stating it is not their policy to exchange or return items.
I argued that the suit had not even left the store, so why deny the change? Unfortunately, this reflects poorly on customer service. It seems that once payment is made, businesses here often disregard customer satisfaction.
My advice: stay away from Agha Noor.

I have been waiting for my outfit for my son wedding which is next month to arrive, it is advertised as deep purple, it's Black no sign of purple (Avalon) I am so upset this has cost me so much money surely this is false advertising. I have contacted them so so upset. I want a full refund.
17.10.25 I have been in touch with customer services, I have had to prove the dress is black by sending pictures and providing a video. They have asked me to provide more proof, it's exhausting they have no intention of giving me a refund and they have made this clear. I would advise to order these dresses from a UK Stockist as you can ask for a refund and get the right customer care

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service provided by this company, no apology and provided with a voucher that I am compelled to use on the formal collection only! NO compensation for the postage paid either. I am an international customer, I have made previous purchases from Agha Noor over the past decade within Pakistan. I have had no issues there.

I placed an order in December for a family wedding, the items were not received on time as promised. Which was a waste of my money and time as I had to purchase an outfit from the UK instead.

The main dress for the function had 4 inches of embroidery missing from the top of my sleeves, couple of inches of embroidery missing underneath the sleeves where it was stitched together. It was embarrassing to wear as it was noticeable. The length of shirt was 45 inches when it should have been 48 inches. The colour was supposed to be teal green ended up looking sky blue . It was nothing compared to the online colour. Please be aware of the poor customer services before you finalise your order.

Failing to respond to customers after an order is placed is highly unprofessional. The least they could do is acknowledge their messages. This gives the impression that they value profit over customer satisfaction. I reached out to them through email, Instagram, and WhatsApp. Their only reply was to direct me to the WhatsApp number, but even there, I received no response.

I am extremely disappointed with Aghanoor’s service and lack of professionalism. On October 2, 2024, I placed an order for a dress costing £392.13, which was meant for my brother’s wedding in Pakistan on November 23, 2024. Their website and FAQs clearly state delivery would take 4-6 weeks, but it has now been over seven weeks, and I still have not received the dress.

For the past two weeks, I have been contacting them via WhatsApp, phone calls, and Instagram to get updates, but they have given me nothing but false promises. They repeatedly assured me the tracking number would be shared “soon,” but no information has been provided. Now they have stopped responding entirely, ignoring my messages and calls.

Aghanoor’s lack of communication and failure to deliver on their commitments is completely unprofessional. For an international brand with such a reputation, this behavior is unacceptable.

I urge others to be cautious when ordering from Aghanoor, especially if you are an international customer. Their promises are unreliable, and their customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. I will now escalate this matter through my credit card provider and relevant authorities.

One of the best brand , designs , fabric & above all delivery outside Pakistan is within 5 days . Excellent, keep it up

Terrible quality, you’d think you’d get what they show in pictures with the amount you pay.. you don’t my dress had a mark on it a £200 dress with a mark on it. They don’t care it’s a money making scam. Do not purchase anything from them. Faiza Saqlian have taken time but always delivered quality but these guys are a complete joke they want time and deliver you used looking clothes

Really disappointed with the customer service they show all the dress available on international website but when try to buy in Pakistan they said all sold out ,I love the design and colours but unfortunately I couldn't buy any becoz always shows soldout so I try to buy overseas as m in Australia I ordered a formal dress that should be delivered with 4/6 weeks now it's 8th week no response when I call on provided contact num that's power off its totally nonsense worst experience I would rate 0 if I could ,will never ever buy, bad very bad customer service no tracking details nothing just waiting blindly,if you are in overseas plz don't buy

I order recently very very disappointed, never ever order this company, I live in USA I can’t do anything, there customer service very very disappointed

its a shame because i love the brand so much and their suits, but their customer service and delivery service is why i sadly have to give this rating. i received my order after 2 months, was so excited but got them damaged. i returned the package and asked for a refund because what am i doing with damaged clothing? it took 3 months, and several phone calls and being ghosted for weeks to finally receive my amount back, but a partial refund. At this point id rather not even contact them again since theyre not worth my time. Nonetheless, they lost me as a customer.

Avoid this brand if you can. I ordered a suit from their formal/bridal collection to wear at one of my events. On their website it said, it will take 4/6 week to arrive. My suit arrived on the 8th week, just after my event. This brand caused me so much inconvenience, I had to find a replacement last minute. They promised me a partial refund when I said I wanted to send it back for a full refund. The partial refund was only the shipping amount!! I ended up spending twice for an outfit because of this brand and did not even get an apology. They don't care about customer service as long as they have your money and it's not a loss for them. Fix up!!

I ordered 2 times and every time my clothes has some stain. That's so sad, because they are beautiful, but I live in Europe. What should I do with them? I am paying tax and delivery fees on them. So sad. I won't buy any more from them. ...and yeah, I wash them, but the stains are there

There are like hundreds of suits display on their official website in sale section. But every one is sold out except one suit. 🙄

oh my GOD i wish I had seen their reviews before I ordered. Honestly if I could give them a minus I would!
I ordered from them on 23rd of MAY and i'm still waiting for it! The worst bit is the extremely poor and dishonest customer service they give. I contacted them on 5th of July and was told my order will be shipped within a week. 2 weeks later contacted again as I was still waiting and was told again, that the order will be shipped in 1 week! you text them on WhatsApp they ask you to email You email them they ask you to WhatsApp. I have been asking for refund but all I'm receiving is lies. and looking at other reviews, this doesn't seem to be their first time.

If I could I would give them minus stars. During covid I placed an order and they sent me litterly garbage and smelly fabrics, I promised I would not order from them again. My daughters were looking to order this last Eid and they liked their designs which look good in pictures only. Order was placed on March 20th, I got an email April 7 that my order was shipped, a week later when I got no packages I emailed them for a tracking number and I was told there was nothing shipped. I asked for refund and I was told my order will be shipped on May 10 with priority overnight delivery. I lead a busy Life so i couldn’t follow up. 3days ago they sent me a picture of the package with a tracking number which has still not shipped! When I asked about it, they said it’s ready, do you want to see a picture of it?!? I asked for a refund and there is more lies coming my way. I Will file a complaint with my bank tomorrow, I have consumer protection, bank will take it out of them. As per online shopping regulations the product is to be delivered within 15 days maximum or specified time, they have met neither. Agha Noor is a scam! Please save yourself the headache, there are much more professional brands providing exceptional products and services. From their communication they seem mentally unstable and can’t comprehend simple requests.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from Agha Noor. The clothes I received were used, with noticeable stains on both sides of the neck. As a loyal customer, it's disheartening to experience such poor quality from a supposedly expensive brand like Agha Noor.
