The 2-day course was professionally & excellently led by Anton Skornyakow. This means...
1) Overall course was well designed & structured
2) Where ever possible he was not only illustrating well with examples, but managed to apply Scrum principals to the course itself. We were able to experience what were supposed to learn
3) Anton displayed an exemplary encouraging, appreciative attitude and demeanour. Showing respect & using non-violant language were supporting participants.
4) He was easily able to adjust the sequence to the need of us as audience whereever approbriate.
5) He was going the extra mile by not only sticking to the textbook, but giving practical advice, tools and hints born out of experience was filling Scrum with life
6) Excellent time management (not only) by time boxing. Managing 20 engaged participants and still finishing each day on time w/out leaving substantial loose ends, is definitely really high art!

It‘s a gift to work with Anton - professionally and personally. As co-trainer I still learn a lot from him every time we do courses together. Be it in the subject matter or be it in facilitating an entirely interactive course experience.

The coaching with Anton was really effective - I have learned a lot. A relatively small number of students helped. We worked a lot in groups, which helped to dig deep and to learn about other perspectives. Highly recommendable!
