Agiled is very good at this point and has the potential to be great. Their roadmap looks encouraging, and the support is very good. For us, it is the ticket system, CRM, Proposals, and Project management that are the primary benefits to our business. Having all of this in one tool is a real bonus.

Agiled is not perfect, but they are working hard to get there. The speed isn't where it needs to be yet, we find it a tad laggy. Most of the things we want to see are on the roadmap, so that's good.

Cost to features that are available are beyond value that can be extracted from others, After careful consideration and testing about a dozen of other competitors I decided to choose Agiled from a price and feature perspective.

I have spent months testing open source and paid solutions. Many of them were good, some not so much. But none of them had everything I was looking for. So far Agiled has it all! Everything I wanted and more! I run an agency and keeping track of all the tasks, the projects and the time spent on each of them is challenging. Agiled has ALL the tools right here! The user experience is great too. A simple intuitive interface makes it easy for me to navigate the platform. Not only does Agiled have all the tool I've been looking for in one place, there is also integration with other systems and platforms via the integrations menu where I can select from several predefined options. And if the integration I need isnt there, Agiled has custom webhooks and API options. Agiled truly is an all-in-one business management platform.

I've spent countless hours building out a bespoke business management platform only to find something WAY better with Agiled. Set up is super easy and it helps you see your business from end-to-end...big picture. Best investment I've made in a while...just wish this was around a few years ago.

I purchased Agiled last year. I have been very impressed with all the updates made to the software since then. It makes me feel good about my purchase when I see the developers/owners continue to make the product more valuable with adding new features and enhancements. It’s even better now and the roadmap is impressive!

Agiled doesn't have the prettiest interface (yet) but the team behind it are responsive and have concentrated on functionality. It becomes better month by month and with a spec that takes you from potential clients booking online to contract e-sign to onboarding to project management, along with CRM and HR features it is already really useful; the roadmap shows it's only going to become more so.

I made a positive review because they offered me more codes for it, but when they retracted the offer, I have now changed this from 5 stars to 2. Its a okay software, but might get better in the future.

I have been piece milling multiple tools together and creating multiple zaps to complete my process. Agiled is very effective and I can now cancel several subscriptions that I have to a dozen services. I can manage my entire business under one tool. From invoicing, HR, client management, customer support, to scheduling etc. I’m super excited to use all of the built in resources. Keep the enhancements coming

Agiled is an all-in-one business platform that seems to be continuously improving. They provide many solutions for business owners and I have had great interactions with their customer service team.

To start with I am an automation expert so I generally don't mind intertwining multiple apps via zapier and get the work done, but lately, I started realizing the tools which are cool for me maybe not so easy to use for my team and clients when it comes to ease of access.

then came Agiled, Its not unique but their roadmap and their will to progress and serve is.

Agiled helped me have a tool that now my team and clients can easily use and access, and so far they are happy.

What I expect in future updates :
More cool and interactive UI as in the age of cool and extraordinary User Interface which makes people stick to apps, I expect them to gradually get us more cool UI.

I am a self-proclaimed SaaS addict and have tested hundreds of tools. One of the categories I've noticed seems to be hot is 'all in one' tools to help you run your business. Unfortunately there always seems to be some place where these fall down. Too complicated, too buggy, too slow, or half-baked features, bad support. In my experience, however, Agiled is rising above the rest in all areas. The UI/UX is great and the feature set is very well thought out and mature. We haven't found a fault yet, and the support team has been great. When an All-In-One tool is involved, it is incredibly important that it doesn't fall apart as your business by nature depends on it. Thanks for creating a great tool, Agiled team.

I have been searching forever to find a single platform that can handle a heavy workflow for my agency that can keep up with my projects and team. Not to mention a place where I can centralize files and share progress with clients.

The client portal has to be my favorite addition to the already packed platform. Instead of having to communicate on numerous platforms and syncing information, I now store all updates and progress information in one portal that my clients and business partner as enjoy using.

Not only that but I’ve been able to visually customize the experience to my brand and everyone is happy with the latest addition to my partner program.

Agiled is by far the most expansive and dynamic platform that centralizes everything I need from finances, 3rd party integrations, and communication in one incredibly customizable location.

So many tools in one place with a team behind it that really seems passionate about giving their users what they need to succeed. Making use of invoicing, proposals, and forms myself with plans to make better use of their invoice scheduling and file sharing system features in the future.

While Agiled is still clearly growing as an application and a company, we definitely see the seeds of something great. Their team is very responsive, and receptive to our businesses' needs, and they add features at a rapid pace without compromising system stability. It is still early days and with any application there will be growing pains, their commitment to a product that not only meets their clients expectations but exceeds it, and willingness to adjust to the different needs of their clients makes us recommend Agiled

Great addition to my tools which could help me serve my clients better

Awesome tool to help organize our processes, manage clients and leads , plus a white-labeled portal for each client.

We were looing for an app for maaging our projects.
(asana, trell, clickup)
Then we found out about Agiled and we couldn't believe how much more we obtaied.
Agiled is perfect app to manage middle but growing organisation like ours.

For me, the first test of any new software before purchasing is the ease of use. I do not read any documentation in the beginning. One of the critical factors for me is that the software should be so intuitive that I don't need to read the manual, or the interactive help is context-sensitive when I do need it.

I took Agiled for a test drive on one night. I checked out all areas after the initial onboarding Q&A. In less than 30 minutes, I had my company information, logo, invoices, estimates, and credit memos configured and ready to go.

In the first hour, I was able to:
-Add a client
-Create my first Estimate and Invoice and test sending them via email.
-Configure my payment gateway
-Create a test project
-Create a few tasks (Kanban board feature is excellent!)
-Review all other areas of the system.

I never had to go to the documentation once!

Other areas that I checked out will take a bit more time to test and configure, but I did work with them to see how they would work. These included:

Contracts - this took a bit of figuring out, but I created a test. The contracts are professional looking and give the client the ability to view online via the Client Portal, download the agreement, or digitally sign it. I haven't found a way to have the agreement header use the same branding of the other documents in the system (invoice, estimate, etc.).

Proposals - The proposal builder is quite flexible from what I can see. It will take some time to get the proposal just as I want it to look. I have seen another digital proposal service charging quite a bit per month. Having this in Agiled is fantastic and a cost saver. Proposals can also be viewed by the client online, downloaded, and digitally approved.

Other features that are excellent useful additions that I plan to implement are:

-Custom Domains for white labeling and branding
-Email Templates - A HUGE time saver!
-Products / Services - clients can purchase produces and services directly from the client portal!
-Reports
-Forms - You can create any form you like in the forms builder. These forms can be publically accessible so that your clients or others can access them.

There are features that I will use initially, but I did test them:

-HRM
-Timesheets
-Timers (It is helpful to time all activities related to a project or client to compare actual billed time against projected when you bill flat rate or per project.
-Tickets - this is a nice inclusion and has the fields needed to manage and track client questions and issues.
-Chat for team member communication and file sharing

I used to be a QuickBooks user and became increasingly annoyed with the program's slowness as the database grew larger. Even after paying a few hundred dollars for the program, I still had to use other services for online proposals, CRM, digital payments, Client Portal, contracts, and more. The cost of all of these, even conservatively, was a few hundred dollars a year in addition to QuickBooks! Now with Agiled, I can bring all of this into one system. SWEET!
