The experience was amazing for the PSM workshop of 21-23 Mar led by Reshma (Simran), PST. The overall workshop was iterative, incremental as well as interactive to learn about Scrum and its fundamentals.

I had Kamlesh as a trainer, and he has crafted a very well put together and informative training. It was interactive, and helped me feel very prepared for the exam.

I am very very grateful for the PSM1 workshop taken by Simran (Reshma Nagrani). The course content was very wonderful with various interactive sessions and group discussions facilitated nicely by Simran. She also cleared many doubts, answered many questions. 5 STAR to her coaching skills. After workshop within 3-4 days I cleared the PSM1 certification exam with 100% score, and I give majority of credit of my success to this workshop.

Just a humble suggestion for improvement would be if you can provide more mock tests/questions (other than scrum quiz) with proper support or solutions/explanations, at least to the candidates who have registered for workshop with you then that would be a great help.

I attended Simran's PSM1 workshop from September 6th to 8th, 2024. It was an excellent workshop that helped dispel many myths about the Scrum framework. Additionally, the breakout sessions were very beneficial in understanding the concepts.

Recently, I attended PSM I workshop conducted by Reshma(Simran)Nagrani. The session was very interactive and with lots of practical examples.
It help us to get clarity on scrum concepts and how to apply it's values on organizational level. It was a great learning experience. I would recommend her mentorship for someone who is eager to know about scrum and get the certification.

I attended the 5 day PSM1 course that concluded on 31/05/2024 with Simran Nagrani as trainer.
The training was very well managed. The trainer was very confident and resolved all doubts with patience.

1. All the relevant material and flow of the training was set up on day 1. Participants have 100% clarity what all topics is going to be discussed.
2. Simran pace of delivery training is excellent as she ensures everyone is following.
3. Material provided are sufficient.
4. Simran provide ample time to clarify your doubts.
5. There are lots of smaller groups discussion that actually very helpful and force you to be active throughout the training.

1. The Course is well structured and all participants were provided with reading material prior to the course which helped establish a firm base. The 5 days were curated well and even structured like a Sprint.
2. Along with the standard Course Material, A big list of additional reading material and media were given which helped expand the knowledge gained.
3. Simran is well experienced and knowledgeable in the subject and her confidence and teaching style was key for me to remain focused on the course. Very satisfied to have trained by Simran in this course where similar ones I attended previously with other trainers weren't effective.

I have been performing a hybrid PM/SM role for 2 years now and attending this course on the very basics made me realize a lot of things I was doing wrong as an SM. This course has given me clear understanding of Scrum Framework and lots of confidence to pursue the PSM certifications. From Day 1 I have learned principles that I could implement straight into my day to day work and also enabled me to guide my team also along the right lines.

I would certainly recommend this course to anyone aspiring to be Scrum Masters.
