Agile Web Studios is a scam. They work with a company called QUAD WEB, also a scam. They make promises they don't keep. My business website was designed by them in 2022, with a 3-year free hosting benefit. I recently tried to access my website and was surprised to find that is not there!. I was greeted with the alert: "Account Suspended" with a note to contact the hosting service. The hosting service as well as QUAD WEB numbers are both not working, and I cannot get into contact with anyone! So they are holding my website hostage. I file a complaint with the BBB. STAY AWAY FROM QUAG WEB AND AGILE WEB STUDIOS!

5-14-2024: I tried calling both Agile Web Studios and Quad Web Design. Quad Web has a recording, asking to leave a message and someone will return your call, but no one does. Agile Web Studios phone lines no longer work.

As for the positive reviews here, if you've had such great experiences why would their phone not be working? Are you all are connected to VPN servers where your review is untraceable so you can give glowing reviews? Be honest, as people are looking for useful reviews.

BEWARE of this company. They are the WORST!! They built a website for me that was suppose to be registered in my name, owned by me with complete access to the back end. I paid them Thousands of dollars. The site was built with many requests for additional money for things that were suppose to be included. They wait until after the deadline for credit card disputes and tell you that you have to have copyright and trademark registered with the USPTO or Google will take the site down. The cost $1900.00. I refused to pay so the site was taken down and now shows a copyright infringement warning. They refuse to forward the Google email and because the site is NOT in my name even though that was our agreement, I am unable to access the site at all. Other web designers have looked and said the warning is not from Google but coming from the server controlled by Agile Web Studio. The back button link and details link on the fake page do not work because its fake. They have called and texted and keep lowering the price and telling me that once I pay them the site will be back up again. They are holding the website for ransom. If you are using this company or any web design company do NOT pay until you see the registration for domain and that hosting and everything is in your name and that you are in control of the website or you will be sorry! If you have already been scammed by this company or any other please file a compliant with Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3)

I'm pretty sure all the positive reviews on here are staged.

I had a terrible experience and poor service, and asked for a refund. I spoke to "Tony" and "Alex" who is apparently the project manager.

They have ghosted me since I have requested a refund, and have left me with an incomplete website.

Please read the bad reviews, and ignore the good ones.

I would not recommend their services to anyone at all.

They deliver fake promises with all the drama and excuses. They failed to deliver, 8 times; 10 weeks contract went to 11 months. They stole all. There have specialized in massing up. For example, they registered the company in the wrong state with 2 EINs. I had to take care of all the masses and end up paying extra franchise tax and more. They don't know the difference between sweatshirts and hoodies, t-shirts and hoodies.... They steal your money and dream.

I have been through a dozen project managers and developers who all failed to deliver "said branding package"! (Rexx No Last Name Ever, Madison Stinley, Solomon G., Benjamin Clark, David Martinez, Tyler Scott (VP), to name a few.)

It took almost A YEAR just to get my logo and a freaking BUSINESS CARD! I couldn't even get my business off the ground!!!

TODAY IS JANUARY 26, 2023, AND I STILL DON'T HAVE AN ACCEPTABLE WEBSITE!!! 15 MONTHS LATER AND YET, THEY STILL REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND!!!!!!

After posting a bad review May 2022, they begged me to take down, after making a multitude of promises and making my file a priority (so I thought). I even paid another $300 to get some add-ons to my website hosting and not only did they NOT DELIVER on those promises, but they also continue to lie and give me fake delivery dates. They are completely incompetent and deliver their product chock-full of spelling, grammatical and formatting errors EVEN THOUGH I have provided them with full illustrations AND sample website of EXACTLY what I want.

This is a company is full of snake-oil salesmen who have perfected their pitch to get your money, but does not have the staff with the experience and/or skillset to fulfill anything you ask for. It appears they take your directives then try to translate it to their group of "developers" (who seem to be people in a foreign land) because they can't even type an address correctly according to US standards. They have a revolving door of people you have to continually start over with and JUST TODAY....TODAY, they asked me if I can provide them with a copy of my ORIGINAL INVOICE!!!

THIS IS THE WORST, MOST PAINFUL, DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE for me as a minority-owned business owner who was trying to start their own business, during a Pandemic no less, after losing my corporate job. At this point, they have cost me over a year of potential revenue, staff, and clients. My reserves have dwindled down to almost NOTHING, trying to keep my company afloat! IT'S DOWNRIGHT CRIMINAL and I'm having to seek legal counsel, which is going to cost me even more money!

I will be filing complaints against this company anywhere I can to alert the public, so BUYER BEWARE!

DON'T BE DUPED BY THEIR POSITIVE REVIEWS! THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I HAVE 15 MONTHS OF EMAILS AND TEXTS THAT I AM WILLING TO SHARE TO ANYONE ELSE SEEKING JUSTICE.

The guys were doing well, sometimes we're not meeting the time schedules, in general the experience was ok, need some improvements in the follow up and meeting the deadlines, Gabriel was helpful and Isaac as well.

It was such a pleasure working with Darwin and the company. The availabilities and work ethic you get are second to none. You have a whole team working for you trying to make your vision come to life. There are always upsells, or additional purchase options to make your vision even more of a reality. They're very responsive. Get urgent changes done promptly for i.e. check out changes, shipping changes or even any unexpected errors.... I had a completely custom-built site that had a ton of moving parts so there were a few glitches we had to work out initially. But they do work hard to fix anything you need. Ultimately, I've had a good experience working with them in creating my site.
