Opened CD accounts at this bank. Difficult getting my money in. I had to set up a checking account, wire the money in (no ach transfer), and then close the account. Great CD rates coming in, but definitely not competitive if you stay. Also, they charge wire fees to take the money out, which effectively reduces the "great rate". Also, it is very difficult to get a person on the line. Sometimes it takes 2 days for a call back. No IT dept to speak of. Bank brags that it is run predominantly by "women," which is a plus, but apparantly it does not make up for the lack of service and ease of moving money. The great rates on new money is just not worth it IMHO.
