This company does not deserve a one-star rating

This company has held my money precisely $1181.11 since March 2024. It may not be much to some of you but it is a lot to me especially after sustaining quite a bit of loss in trading.

I initiated a withdrawal around that March 2024 timeframe for the above listed amount which was and still my balance and the system required me to submit my identification documents which I did and was told by the so-called assistant to the professor that my submission will be processed within 7 days and my request honored. Ever since then, my submission has been under audit.

Customer service can only be reached through chat and each time I reached out, they would ask me to be patient. I have been patient since March 2024

I have also written to company customer support and no response.
