Service - I received my order but for 4
Weekend have tried with calls
and email to get a return. I ordered a tall Kleenex box but instead ordered a horizontal which looks better. I cannot get any service for the return of the taller one. It’s new never used!

The products are great, but the shipping experience could be better. There was no way to visualize shipping options or shipping time before make the order, it was possible until I made the order and I then, there was no more option than wait until the shipping process started.

This company carries well-made luxury bath products. This hook reflected excellent quality and design, but our shower door was too thick for it to work. I had to return it, but the return was easy and I received the credit back on my credit card account quickly.

The product is outstanding however, the time it took to get it here is basically outrageous!

They had an item I had been searching for a long time. Their shipping was fast and extremely well packaged.

AGM Home Store is great! After an exhausting search on the web, I found an item I needed and liked on another site (bench for my shower). I wasn’t thrilled with the delivery time. The site stated 16-20 weeks. I continued to search for the same bench and found it on agmhomestore.com. Not only did I find the same bench, but I found other options and styles for white stone benches. I chose a bench I loved (different from the original bench I found) and the delivery date was much sooner than other sites. When I placed the order, I received regular emails letting me know the status of the shipping and delivery. The bench arrived earlier than expected. It was delivered as a fragile package, and I could tell someone took the time to wrap the bench to make sure it wouldn’t be damaged during delivery. I had not heard of AGM Home Store previously, and I will be sure to go to agmhomestore.com for future needs.

Efficient order and good product

I ordered 2 bench seats for our master bathroom. The pricing was reasonable (compared one other site), the communication about delivery was helpful, the packaging was excellent, the quality of the both benches was perfect, and both arrived very quickly. I will return to agmhomestore again for future purchases..

It’s been weeks and I have not received my item so very bad shipping facilities

I became aware of agmhome through its Outlet (discounted items) and was very impressed. The bathroom accessories were of high quality, brass construction, with many manufactured in Europe. The reduced prices were excellent and the list price on all items was confirmed on other sellers's websites. Goods shipped the next day and were received within a day or two. I strongly recommend the company.

Can’t believe I paid $131 for this. Something you could buy at IKEA for $20.
