Not experienced and doesn’t listen to wishes. Cats tail Amputated now!
I arranged for my cat to be groomed for the first time. 9 year old Siberian. I showed a picture with hair still on the tail and asked for this. Agnia shaved the tail fur first use of clippers and I said I wanted to keep that hair. She said ‘no hair on tail lion cut’. Sunshine next day attacked her tail so badly a portion has had to be amputated at stress to her and us both let alone huge cost. This can happen to cats as they don’t recognise their own tails. None of this was conveyed prior to the grooming. I have had no response from Agnia when I told her of this weeks ago and she has removed google reviews so mine doesn’t show. All very upsetting and Sunshine 3 weeks later is still wearing a cone and likely will remain on until her hair grows back as she still tries to go for her tail.
