Got close to free trial ending and had to uninstall due to support not getting back to me?
Why offer a free 7 day trial if you don't support anyone within that period?
I understand current times and circumstances but we are a business too and know the issues we are all facing but support has to still be a priority as without customers you won't need a virus to go under.
More than happy to change my review if I ever hear back. For the record I am not going to chase I shouldn't have too.
