I bought an electrical item from these parasites, which when installed blew up!!!
I emailed for resolution and my emails were ignored!!
Unless you want to get blown up or electrocuted I suggest you do not buy from these swindlers!!!!

Took 42 days for £49.00 inc shipping order to arrive
Not one response to my chasing emails, They lied on the export documents about the value of the goods and put down $6.00. thus goods were seized bu EU customs in the Netherlands. It was my personal intervention and efforts to get it moving again. Also non standard LED wiring and no data sheets to boot,
Save yourself the aggro and avoid.

For a company with "UK" in the name, you wouldn't expect to have to pay import tax on your purchase!

I also requested the 5-7 day delivery at £34.99, by the time the tax was added the delivery charge was £55..... and, delivery took 14 days.

Simply avoid!

Placed an order for lights which arrived about the expected time (as it was coming from China).
The lights were all 12volt and multicoloured when I’d ordered 24volt white colour lights.
I emailed agouk who responded asking for photos of the product which i duly sent.
Despite many follow up requests no further communication has been received.
They’ve gone “quiet”.

18 Sept order confirmation and was it really what i wanted!,replied yes and why had it not been sent.
24 Sept asked again for tracking details
2 Oct as above
3 Oct Was informed it had been sent " a few days ago" and would get tracking details after the chinese national holiday
15 Oct Asked for tracking and explained I was getting annoyed at chasing them
16 Oct Was informed the item had been stuck in customs for nearly 4 weeks and that economic delivery services were not reliable and customers should choose a different option. Money refunded.
Well I guess that was a waste of time and still the item is for sale with the same inclusive tracking and shipping.

Realy bad!
Ordered Greenhouse Hydroponic Plant Growing LEDs over a month ago, so far no info that the items were shipped, they don't answer my emails. I file a complaint via PayPal, let's hope to get a refund.

Stay away from this company.
Purchase some LED Meteor lights from this company due to being sold at what looked to be a great price. Should have known better. If it looks to good, it probably is. Purchased seemed to go through fine. I understood it could take over a month to received item as this is not a UK company and I was happy with this. Receive email stating item has now left the warehouse so now just had to wait but soon after received and email from PaypPal stating item refunded. Seemed odd as had not cancelled order and no notification from AgoUK that anything was wrong with order. Item still showing as Processing on account. Tried several times to contact them but they just ignore all emails. Noticed that item I purchase has now almost doubled in price on site. Believe they may have made mistake on pricing. I can understand this. What I can't take is that they cancel orders without notification and provide no reason or update order page and now blatantly ignore any email queries. Unprofessional and very dodgy practices.
Update. After posting this review finally got a response. Answer received underwhelming. Advise that they did try to contact me (NO they did not) and that item cancelled due to courier stating item was damaged. Question is why not just replace. REASON. Because they want me to purchase item at the now greatly increased price. No offer given to replace item without additional cost.
