Amiry & Gilbride Pharmacy Reviews 

I booked a yellow fever vaccination at the Amiry & Gilbride travel clinic on Paisley’s High Street.
At the last minute I had to change the time of my booking. Even though the pharmacist was very busy she managed to bring my appointment forward. Than you very much.

If I could rate this company without giving it a star, I would. I have had a repeat prescription at this pharmacy for over 5 years. It used to be Lloyds, and had no problem, but since these jokers took it over, I've had nothing but problemd, every month to uplift my meds. In fact, I was astounded after the one visit where I didn't have a problem!!! My meds are never there and am told that they were picked up 2 months ago (it's a monthly prescription)!!!!
I don't know how many times I've been told by various members of the staff, that they have updated the system to sort it out for the following month, but the same thing keeps happening.
I have since visited by GP to arrange for my meds to get delivered to another pharmacy, and strangely enough, they were not surprised.
Would not recommend them to anyone

I visited the Linwood Branch of the Amiry & Gilbride pharmacy chain. The staff there are always so pleasant and helpful, not least the wonderful Lynn and her chums. They are very patient - no pun intended - and so very focused on helping customers such as myself. I could not recommend them enough. Thanks to Lynn and 'the girls'!

Went to make an appointment for a flu jab, when everywhere else proved out of vaccines, and not only did A&G have plenty in stock, but they were able to book me a slot for ten minutes from the time of my call. Priyanka was clear, efficient, and very friendly in administering the painless shot. Even gave me a free packet of paracetemol. Great service.

Very happy with the service and attention we got from Ali this morning, while recieving our travel vaccine.
He was thorough and attentive. Made us feel very relaxed and the injection was completely painless.

Was never impressed but last week customer service was amazing and was advised about locker service by Lynsey that I new about but have transferred over to it from abbey look forward to dealing with this pharmacy in future

Visited the Linwood branch and the lovely Lynn micro suctioned my ears. She is most definitely an asset to your company and provides the best customer service. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and I now have nice clear ears and I can hear again. I have only ever encountered Lynn whilst picking up a prescription or buying something and I can safely say she has great customer service skills as she is so good with every customer.

Booked and received private RSV vaccinations from Rizwana at the High Street, Paisley branch for my wife and I. Easy telephone booking, taken on time, thorough questionnaire on any health issues and then a painless vaccination. Invited to come back to replace any of the printed information if mislaid. Good and easy experience.

Had my vaccinations with the lovely Ali and Ezra. Both were kind caring and informative .
A wonderful service. I highly recommend going here for your vaccinations.

The staff were knowledgeable friendly, kind and compassionate. They actively listened to my issues and went above and beyond to resolve the issues. They actively listened and ask me to come back mid week to ensure I was on the mend. Unlike the doctors who wouldn’t even look in my ears and rushed me out the door. The pharmacy showed me pictures of my inner ear and gave me anti biotics for an ear infection which made me feel much better. Thank you so much Lynn. I would recommend this pharmacy to others x x

Fantastic service from Lynn at Linwood. I received the ear wax removal and I now have no pain and can hear clearer. I have even sent my husband to get the treatment done.

So grateful for the assistance in resolving a minor medical issue in this Pharmacy while on holiday. The Pharmacist, Priyanka, performed a minor procedure on a walk-in basis, in a timely manner and was gentle and professional. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions.

Decided to ask the chemist about my cut thumb was healing ok. Just as well I went because it possibly is infected. Tariq gave me a course of anti biotics to clear it up. Thanks.
