Not a serrios ensurance company!!! I have ensured one of my dogs with Agria Dyre Forsirking.The dog was helty and ok in the moment the ensurance has been made. In 2021 january he was have a crossband operation to one of his leg, after 4 mounts the other leg has been operated.the ensurance didn’t cover nothing because the ensurance didnt have one year sice it has been made when the dog has the problem. After one year from the last operation the dog has have a problem with the menisk. This time the ensurance didnt cover again because they sey the dog problem has been apear less then one uear from the last operation 😡.( i specific her that one doctor has seen the dog and the problem has come after one year from last)so no cover again more of that i have been call by a lady wich take care of the our case and she advice me that my dog will not be cover for legs problem or displasia any more because he was have to meny problems in the last time 😡. Because Agria ensurance i lost a lot of money and the right of my dog to be treat cover by ensurace to other company👎👎👎i really not recomand them… surch another company !!!!

Tak for din anmeldelse.
Hvis man ikke forsikrer sin hund inden den fylder 4 måneder, er der en karensperiode på et år for korsbånds- og meniskskader.
Hvis hunden får en en af disse skader indenfor det første år, vil der ikke være dækning til korsbånds- og meniskskader fremadrettet.
Ønsker du yderligere forklaring på din sag, er du meget velkommen til at ringe til os.

The worst insurance company!
The worst insurance company I've ever dealt with! When I signed with Agria, I decided to go for the most expensive package having everything included for my dog - which wasn't cheap. A few months after I signed with them, the policy was changed without me being notified, and an exclusion clause was added. They used this change as an excuse to not cover any of our vet visits. When calling them, they could not explain why this extra clause was added. It is a bit ridiculous considering that I had the most expensive insurance package possible. During my time with Agria, I barely saw any refunds from them, the customer service was not helpful at all - at times they even got annoyed. I feel cheated by this company, avoid at all costs!

We can't find you as a customer, so it's not possible for us to see if it's in our danich business or in our UK business we have to respond.
I can tell you, than in our danish business we never change any policy without our customer being notified. And we always know why we are changing the policy - so it seems a bit strange if you get the impression, that we don't.
I can also tell you, that genereal changes of the policy would be done once a year, so if we have changed the policy within a few months, there must have been special circumstances as for an exampel preexcisting conditions.

Sarah the Rep for our vets has been amazing with helping us with getting insurance for our rescue dog Rolo who came with a history.
First experience of dealing with Agria so if in doubt ask your vets practice if they have a rep who can help you.

Sunny was absolutely brilliant. He took time to answer all my questions and helped me decide on the best cover for my 2 dogs.
