Found this company excellent. They found our organisation a complete new UK Agri sales team from scratch. I would highly recommend them

We were sent a load of phone numbers to begin with and no one answered the phone and one chap didnt turn up to his interview, so we wanted to dis-instruct this agency but then they became pushy and said we had agreed to their terms and conditions. They sent us a candidate and emailed us to say he had the correct driving licence and operator certificates and they would forward copies to us which they never did. The candidate turned out to be an alcholic and after considerable pressure from our insurance company the new recruit admitted he had no driving licence and had been driving our kit around on the roads illegally. We sacked the man and asked AGRIR for a refund they told us we were out of refund time. We asked for £6500 refund of finders fee and they said they would no longer communicate with us except through lawyers. I have never come across anything like this in 35 yrs.

Now I have seen their response to my review I am compelled to add that I asked them if they had interviewed the candidate and they declined to answer. I told AGrir that we were nervous about this candidate and they said the candidate had all the PA1 and PA2 certificates and his driving licence. AGrir sent us the candidates CV with the skills and certificates listed.. we went forward with the candidate on the assurance that AGrir would forward all copies of certificates and licence. We reported our concerns to AGrir and referred to the other 1 star reviews on trust pilot and that was before we even took on the candidate. The candidate was drinking and driving our vehicles and would accept no authority, this was all reported to AGrir well within refund period but they did not offer to refund us.

The NFU insurance company got involved and said the new employee must be suspended from our employment until he provides access to his driving licence, we informed AGrir of this and still AGrir did not send us a copy of the candidates driving licence, then the candidate admitted he was suspended from driving. We reported all this to AGrir and asked AGrir to refund since the CV they provided was bogus and the situation could have jeopardized our entire business. The candidate was sacked and we are still trying to get him out of a company house. Every night something gets stolen from the farm or from another residence.

I am inclined to now post this in social media because I am shocked at AGrir response to my review. AGrir know that what I have described as my experience is exactly correct

I have had a very similar experience to the other 1 star reviews on here. Been left feeling completely let down and robbed. I look forward to the same reply as the other 1 star reviews got. Any potential customers, please beware, they do not care about your buisness

After reading their reply. Please see that thier unprofessional reply is a complete fabricated lie. I do believe the good reviews and I believe i would have had a good review to leave if things had worked out with the candidate. Our dealings with them to appoint this candidate had been very positive. Its when things dont work out that the management in this company have no empathy or care for your buisness. I had expected a reply. But not a lie.
