Worst platform to work with. after their platform “upgrade” it got worse: prices & amenities were all scrambled, bugs everywhere, I get logged out while updating pricing (so I have to start all over).
We still use it for some properties, but once directs grow, it’s the first to go.

Large room/apartment. Great breakfast with excellent service from Sabrina!! Flexible in changing the booking. Nice views from the terrace. Swimming pool floor could be cleaner. All and all a very nice stay.

We strive daily to make our owners understand the importance of an up-to-date advertisement. Unfortunately, however, it sometimes happens that not everyone is able to follow our advice and that the advertisements are not up to date (especially regarding prices and availability of accommodation).
As far as the deposit is concerned, the refund is processed in the form of a reversal, which means that you do not see the refund credited to your account statement, but only the original authorisation fully revoked from the statement after a few days. No payments or refunds are made: it is as if the transaction never took place.
Regarding the time it takes for the pre-authorisation to disappear from the customer's home banking list, it also depends on the bank.

Podere Campriano — EXCELLENT
We stayed at Podere Campriano in Greve for a week. Excellent in all regards. 10 minute walk to town; great wine, accommodations, pool, breakfasts. The cooking class was a highlight. The service and friendliness of our hosts was second-to-none!!

Search results very bad
Generally the site is a good collection of agriturismos in Italy. Be aware that your request is forwarded to the owner of the accommodation you contacted, so answer time and quality is depending on the owner. You will not have ANY contact with the agriturismo.it staff. In fact it is hard to impossible to figure how to contact them if there is a problem.
And the main problem is that the search results are very bad. You get a lot of results displayed as available when looking for a certain time slot in a certain region. But - at least in main season - these results are completely unusable:
- either the location doesn´t offer a room or apartment available for e.g. 4 people like you requested
- the location requires a minimum stay longer than the requested time in the search
- the location does not accept e.g. the arrival day
this makes the site in fact unusable for high season searches. In low season you might be lucky.

Be careful
It applies very dubious commercial practices, it makes you think that the rooms you want to book is free, forces you to pay in advance (1/4 of the price) then it checks with the owner. If the rooms is not available you need to get a refound which should be automatic but once you have paid there is no way to contact the staff of agriturismo.it (no email, no mobile no.)

My situation was: I could not get in touch with the agritursimo I had booked. I contacted the staff of agriturismo.it, they responded immediately to me, contacted the owners, and they contacted me. Everything was settled within an hour. Super!
