Tried moving AHA ArtIcon to a new computer. I still have the Key and License notification but could not install on new PC.
Wrote customer support a number of times and was totally ignored.
Will NOT buy a new license much less anything else From AHA.
I placed an order but never received access to the downloads. I was billed. I took it up with paypal, providing screenshots, receipts, and everything else you could imagine but their billing company just kept giving me the run-around until the dispute timed out. They got the money and I got nothing in return. If you walk up to someone and steal that much money, you'd go to jail. But it's just business as usual for the NEW PayPal and this creepy little chinese company.
