Fake Reviews

Posted a fake, AI generated review using my name and email address. After messaging them, they assured me that they were "investigating the error." They then removed ALL reviews on the product I had purchased, and every other product I looked at.

Update 3/29: I am currently working with ahaneon customer support to find out why they had posted a fake review using my name, and am awaiting their response.

Update 4/1: I have asked for an explanation and they still have not replied to me.

Update 4/3: They deleted my actual review of the product which called out their deceptive fake reviews. I expected nothing less.

The glass light is packaged very…

The glass light is packaged very poorly, so I am not surprised it was totally broken, wires are severed as well. I was told to take it up with UPS. I will try to find an electrician to fix it, but otherwise it will be trashed. Sad because the light is cute.
