Alyson helped us arrange our dog’s Animal Health Certificate (AHC) for travel through the Eurotunnel, and the whole process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. She was quick to respond, very professional and informative, and genuinely kind and reassuring throughout, which made what could have been a stressful situation feel so much easier.

I completely understand why someone might feel cautious at first, especially nowadays, but from my experience I can confidently say that everything was handled properly, clearly, and professionally. We felt supported and informed every step of the way.

The whole process was much quicker and more straightforward than I expected, and everything was organised exactly as needed for travel.

We had no issues at all at the Eurotunnel control, and all of our documents were accepted without any problems.

We needed an AHC for the first time for a skiing trip. Our local vet did not have anyone accredited and a neighbouring branch had limited availability. Fortunately, we found Alyson who was friendly, business-like and also helpful with advice as she takes her dogs to a neighbouring ski resort. The vet check at the Channel Tunnel was straightforward. Alyson had warned us that our pet's chip had moved a bit which made finding it at the terminal easier than it might otherwise have been.

This is the first time we used AHC petvet.
Alyson was very professional, all paperwork was done correctly. We had no issues at the Euro tunnel.
Dora our labradoodle loved her, we will be using Alyson again next January.

I took my dog skiing and Alyson made the process of getting the AHC very easy. As I have never done this before she ensured that I had all the correct forms and vaccines done before the date we left. She was extremely helpful and definitely cheaper than vets, will certainly be using her expertise again this summer!

Great service arranged quickly, more cost effective than the local vet. Service as good and practical advice given for travelling with our dog. All documentation in order for travelling to Spain. And return without any issues

my vet was unable to complete the necessary forms this year and put me on to pet vet ,and it worked very well all done vis e mail so no fuss and completed with a final meeting to check my dogs and verify chip no.

This is a great service - Alyson made the whole process so easy and convenient, and her fee was significantly less than our vet’s quote for an AHC. We paid upfront before meeting at a local car park, and the whole process was really quick and smooth. The paperwork she provided was very clear, and thanks to that we had no issues at all taking our dog abroad. Highly recommend!

Alyson was brilliant from first contact and made the whole process so easy and way more convenient than the vet we have had to use before at a third of the price. She arranged to meet in a local car park which saved so much time and the paperwork was made easy to understand and navigate.
