Really great service and quick delivery. Really glad you stock the dewalt 190mm elite series they are amazing circular saw blades for your cordless saw.

Easy to order, good price and delivered on time as stated.

I hadn't used AHC before, but on this occasion they had the best price on the item and the service was fast and efficient. The packing was a bit basic, but was adequate.

Ordered a cordless Bosch drill which was delivered very quickly.

Unfortunately, no wrapping was used inside the box which was flattened by the courier, and it arrived with a number of scuffs.

The manufacturer's security seal sticker was broken / the item had been opened previously.

Having phoned Bosch customer services, they also confirmed that they supply the item with the battery in the case and not fitted, which was the case with the item received. Given the above, Bosch suggested that the item may not be brand new and that I should return the item.

After various e-mails with AHC Powertools, it seems they think this is perfectly acceptable and have refused to cover return postage - contradicting the policy on their own website.

There is a very similar review from around a month ago which I wish I'd read! All in all, not a company that I would recommend...

Update after further correspondence:

Retailer has provided an email from a Bosch rep stating the item is supplied with the battery fitted, so there is some conflicting information from Bosch on this point and it may not be an issue.

We will have to agree to disagree whether it is normal to supply a new item with the manufacturer's security sticker broken / item previously opened - I have never seen this before.

I've decided to keep the item, but in future will buy from a larger retailer where returns are easy and straightforward.
