AH! YES Co. Worst Customer service ever!
I have been ordering for 3 yrs with this Co. I ordered 2 boxes of products on April 16 this year. Been dealing via email customer service for 2 weeks. Been given a bad ups tracing number.
Left at least 4 voicemails requesting a call back with no results. They say PKG was delivered. It was not. I know my neighbors and cked and no one has it. I have email many times also. My order was $118.00. I want a refund or my product yesterday. Any help would be appreciated.
