Best headphones and amazing customer service! Highly recommend 🙌

Customer service is very personable and understanding, and though I have had issues with the products over time they have been very helpful in making the situation better.

I love what AIAIAI stands for, which is why i've switched over to using their products after decades of using a different brand. Recently the cable went out and was still covered under warranty. Andy at AIAIAI's customer support so was helpful in the hassle-free process and helped me. I highly recommend AIAIAI and look forward to continue being a customer.

I was motivated to write this review after dealing with the customer service team. They handled the situation very well and were accommodating and kind--exactly how it should be! Taking into consideration the company's fantastic product, I highly recommend AIAIAI.

I've been a customer for a quite a few years now, but I'm contemplating swapping my headphones for something else. I own TMA-2 and I'm a huge fan of the modular concept. However, a lot of basic features are let downs with my S05 bluetooth speaker unit.

1. The only button on the speaker is flaky. As a result, all of the basic features like turning them on/off, pairing and pause are such a struggle. I'd given up and would just keep them turned on. Weirdly enough, they are harder to turn off when they are paired to a device.
2. Pairing is often a nightmare. They would sometimes pair with a closed laptop in my bag (which wasn't even the last device I paired them up with), rather than with my phone. I'm often unable to unpair, unless I take the laptop out and manually do that from the laptop first.
3. Weird behaviour with sound sources on a mac. If you are listening to something from one source - it's fine. As soon you introduce another source i.e. spotify, browser tab, everything gets messed up. Either no source is producing any sound, or the new one mutes the old source forever. I often need to turn the headphones off and on again to resolve. If I'm producing music and I need to watch a youtube video - my producing session is done and I have to relaunch everything.
I have a feeling this one is mac-specific, but it's a nightmare none the less.
4. I'm using a mac and they don't provide firmware update for mac users.

Overall, the sound quality is great and the modular concept is really convenient, but the trade-offs are becoming not worth it for me.

Got a replacement for my broken headband including postage. Needed to send a few photos and it got handled in a few days. Thank you very much!

I had an issue with my headphones and after contacting support I never had to wait more than 24 hours for their next response. They were super kind each time and willing to help even with the small problem I had and was resolved. I’ll for sure be keeping up with AIAIAI from now on. My tracks headphones wire frayed. I contacted aiaiai seeking to get more info on how I could repair them. Best customer service you will ever experience. If you have a problem with your headphones-no matter how long after you've purchased them-just let them know and they will make it right. They take pride in their products. I've been using AIAIAI headphones for over 10 years, first the TMA-1s and now the modular ones.
