I had ordered a fixed panel as well as…
I had ordered a fixed panel as well as hinged/pivot panel. Turns out that the measurement that I chose for the fixed panel had somehow changed by the time it had gone to the basket and been paid for. I only found this out when the items arrived. I immediately went to see my order sheet, which did in fact say 750cm instead of the 700cm that I had initially chosen.
I quickly contacted the team there and liaised with Lisa, who was amazing. Very patient, cooperative, understanding and very helpful. I thank God for her wonderful efforts.
I have received my refund, as they do not have the 700cm that I needed. I am grateful. Thank you.

The shower doors themselves are excellent quality. Easy to fit, and everything was there. My plumber was really impressed with them too. Price was great for exactly what I wanted.

Excellent product, communication could be better
We purchased a shower screen and a corner shower panel and door from Aica. To be honest, I wasn't quite sure about it as the prices seemed too good to be true. Communication from the company is a little strange, with no real order confirmation and oddly-worded text messages about delivery which left me a little nervous for a few days until the products arrived. But the products are excellent quality and we're very happy.
One piece was found to have been damaged in transit which we only discovered nearly 3 months after delivery. But Aica responded quickly, sending a replacement part without any quibble. Great service, would shop there again.

Thanks very much for your feedback, we will keep doing our best, the price is too good because we have our own factory and logistic team, all the products are directly from our factory to our customers' hands, we cut all middle procedure, this is why our price is good. if you left your valid email and contact number, once order made, email or SMS will send to you to confirm your order details and we will text you in advance one day before actual arrival. so there is a little reminder for you, when you shopping online, make sure you left the best contacts to the seller or they won't be able to contact you and most of the orders that are failed in delivery is because of lack of valid contact.

Second purchase from Aica
This was my second purchase from Aica Bathrooms.
As with my first purchase, I found the ordering process straight forward and without problems.
Having placed my order I received an email the next day advising me the shower enclosure had been dispatched with the unit arriving the following day.
Given the unit was predominate glass and weighed 75Kg the transit packaging was robust and undamaged on receipt.
The enclosure itself was of high quality and as with my previous purchase competitively priced.

Corner shower enclosure…
I ordered a corner shower enclosure from Aica, It came within a few days, was packed really well and of very high quality and value for money, As identical 2 boxes arrived I queried it with customer services ,who said they come in 2 boxes, Very quick to answer too, I recommend this company.
