Excellent customer service, and 48hr delivery!
Second time we have ordered from Aica, and couldn't be more pleased! As with the first time we ordered a Radiator, very fast at processing our order, Radiators were bother recieved 48hrs after we order. The customer service of these guys is also exemplary, friend, and more than helpful with questions that I had regarding the thermostats.
Very happy customers, and will be ordering all future Radiators from here.

My order was meant to be delivered today. Waited all day for it to be delivered and received nothing. The telephone does not work and no one is answering my emails.

Fabulous Radiators shockingly poor…
Fabulous Radiators shockingly poor communication and delivery.
I have now ordered 2 different lots of radiators. I am really happy with the quality of the goods. However delivery and communications make buying from this site really stressful.
Emails do not get answered. Telephone number fails. Delays with delivery. I waited over 2 weeks with no confirmation of if or when my goods would ever arrive. Finally I emailed to cancel my order and the goods then arrived the following day. They must have already been dispatched but with no confirmation of anything who would know.
My advice is don’t shop here if you have a tight timeline.
