This was the rudest delivery guy i ever met. Refused to bring the very heavy package to my door and expexted me to carry it as a woman alone. I was glad my neighbor was home but he hurt his arm carrying it. The guy talked so rude to me I've never experienced this in my life.
He also ignored the this side up sign on the package. Also they should have made an appointment with me for delivery but instead send a text late at night saying they will be there tomorrow 8 in the morning.

We never received an information on when the product would be delivered. They just showed up a bit before 07.00 with the products. Thankfully we were home but when you deliver these kind of objects you should notify.

Good quality products and lightning-fast delivery. Two start were reduced due to the delivery process: I was given a too wide range, from 8:00-18:00, to get my delivery, which was never possible without taking a day off from my job. On the day of delivery, the big package was merely laid in front of my building without ringing any bell at all; I only found it when I got tired of waiting and went outside for a short walk (I was lucky nobody stole it).

Everything was fine, ordered an LED mirrored cabinet on December 2nd late in the evening and had it delivered on December 8th as planned. I got an SMS message the evening before to confirm that the delivery was arriving the following day.
The cabinet is a very nice finished item and easy to mount on the wall.

The wall glass keeps coming out, the two gummy that are suppose to hold it does NOT WORK

Were in need for an urgent replacement of one glass panel, and the company reacted promptly, so everything could be finished in time.

I have very low trust due to telephone conversation, none is going on telephone have called you and you seem to have asked the machine to take part music then please hold on .10 minutes then tell me am calling during none working hours 08:00-12:00 -14:00-17:00 no one answers phone calls

1 x 100x80X195cm Duschkabine was of very good quality. Delivery came within 4 days. Received mail on Wednesday it will be delivered on Thursday. Requested online the delivery to be on Friday instead, but it came on Thursday anyway. The two parcels were left infront of the house, one upside down despite clear instructions on the parcels. One parcel had a small damage but all inside was fine. Aica Sanitär did all to my 100% satisfaction, but the delivery company did not do a good job.
