I can't comment on the service, but I will comment on support. I asked for a refund, since I purchased the product in error, and it was processed within a matter of hours. Using ai agents, so fairly i... See more

After 2 chats, the responses are clearly unintelligent and crap. I cancelled and am still asking for refund. I signed up for an annual plan, which is stupid. (Note to self: Dont sign up when you're... See more

The whole operation relies on confusing…

The whole operation relies on confusing users into thinking it’s affiliated with OpenAI. It’s not. It’s a knockoff, and not even a functional one. The moment I tried using it, I regretted signing up.

No refund, no contact, just stolen funds and wasted time. Someone needs to take legal action against these scammers.

They talk like they’re powered by real…

They talk like they’re powered by real AI, but what you get is a broken joke of a chatbot. I honestly couldn’t believe how bad it was completely disconnected from the claims they make on their homepage.

I’ve dealt with bad software before, but this feels intentional. It’s not just bad it’s manipulative and designed to con people.

I fell for the GPT bait and clicked…

I fell for the GPT bait and clicked 'Subscribe' expecting some lightweight version of ChatGPT. What I got was a useless chatbot that seemed to have canned responses from a template.

I’ve reported the transaction to my bank and shared my experience on forums. People deserve to be warned before they waste their money here.

I expected something basic but useful

I expected something basic but useful, not a glitchy mess that can’t answer a single question right. It felt like I was talking to a malfunctioning toy, not an intelligent assistant.

Once I asked for a refund, I never heard back. It’s clear now the whole thing is set up to take your money and disappear.

The whole site is built on pretending…

The whole site is built on pretending they’re offering something OpenAI adjacent. But after I paid, I found out it’s just a shallow scam with zero functionality. The 'AI' failed at even basic prompts.

Support? Doesn’t exist. Refunds? Good luck. This is straight up fraudulent behavior and I’ve reported it to my country’s consumer protection agency.

Scam

Tested on a monthly subscription.
The service doesn't work -> no response from the AI.
I tried to contact support for a refund -> a bot responded. A real scam.

The chat experience is frustrating

The chat experience is frustrating. There is a hidden term of use that restricts what you can do with the AI, and this limitation is never disclosed if you ask about it. Within this restriction, it's impossible to accomplish anything meaningful. Trust me, the free versions of their AI are much better. Subscribing is a waste of money, and you can't get a refund. I hope the cancellation process goes smoothly. This feels like a scam!
