This company is not legit. It is running a scam. They take your money and never send a product. DO NOT buy from this company.
They do not respond to messages or emails either

I am angry! I ordered 2 separate orders on the same date MARCH 17th! Order #1129 and #1132. I have emailed several times with NO RESPONSE OR SHIPPING UPDATE! I would like my orders or a FULL REFUND NOW!!@ IM REPORTING THIS TO MY BANK

I have been waiting to "hear directly" about the issue and it has yet to reach me. My order number is #1138. At this point i just either want the shoes or my money back.

This is the second time now posting on here..do not order from these scammers. I put and order in with a friend and both of us have not received our shoes . Its been a month now and nothing. They even responded on here saying they were going to resolve the issue and still have not I want a refund. order #1132 and #1129

I order some shoes in 17 of March until now I don’t have any answer about my shoes. # 1131 worst company and customer services, I lost my money in some rubbish company very disappointed

Sorry for the rating. Very bad as in very bad experience, utter nonsense. Ordered a pair of sneakers on the 20th of March with order number #1152. Haven't received any update on the shipment or tracking of the shoes and was soo excited to receive the shoes after hearing from a lot of people. I am very disappointed and will disregard such businesses in the future don't want to waste money. The refund policy also doesn't work. I have just lost the money and I regret buying shoes from such an unprofessional brand.

Good quality trainers, slow delivery but def worth the wait.

It's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard a single thing. When I type in my order number it says nothing to be found. But you took my money already. Sooo I'm pissed. No one has responded to my emails sent.

No goods received, taken my money and won’t contact me to advise if they are going to send my goods or simply scamming me.

Update: please do not belittle my frustration along with the constant search for updates which just have NOT been received.

It’s poor at best and if you are such a small team how can things have gone so wrong in one single order.

Further update: I have now twice today requested a tracking reference from you in relation to my overdue order and nothing is forthcoming. Surely you would be jumping on this and ensuring that your unhappy customer is provided with the best up to date information?

Hey, delivery took a while, but that's probably due to covid and stuff so I'm not that bothered. Very happy with what I bought, super comfy and a great price!

Hi, I’ve placed an order over 2 weeks ago now for 3 pairs of trainers over £100. No update. Not arrived.

Thinking this company could be a scam. Will lodge a formal complaint with my bank unless I hear back. One very unhappy customer.

Placed an order for two pair of trainers on 3 March. As I write this on 23 March, I’ve still not received my order. Emailed the company on 17th March and they were to ‘look into it’ and still no update. Hence the one star

Fast delivery to the UK. Wasn't sure what to expect but they're beyond my expectations. Super comfortable and they were easy to wash first time.

The website was easy and convenient to use. I couldn’t believe the price of these trainers and the quality isn’t comprised ... bonus!! Highly recommend AIC!
