The AidPlan© online program shows you how to treat the most common pelvic diseases yourself. Most of these conditions have a chronic course and require consistent, long-term care. You can do this from home with the AidPlan© online program. The AidPlan© online program is aimed at anyone suffering from chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS), pudendal neuralgia, bladder pain syndrome, interstitial cystitis or chronic abacterial prostatitis (in men). A 12-week plan sets out the exercise structure and the video course explains all the necessary steps - help for self-help instead of open questions. Our experienced therapists are also available for video calls to clarify complaints and make individual adjustments.

I had have symptoms of pudendal…

I had have symptoms of pudendal neuralgia for the past few months. I purchased the plan a week ago and have already been able to reduce my symptoms some using the stretching, breathing, and meditation routines. I am hopeful for even more improvement as I continue the 12-week plan. I can already see how to calm flare-ups. Very hopeful at this point. Thank you for providing this treatment plan.

My experience

My “prostatitis” was diagnosed 5 years ago. I’ve suffered with almost all those symptoms you have mentiod in your post.
Suprisingly, after only a few days application of your AidPlan, the most irritatig symptoms have gone:
- no pain in the pelvis and genitals any longer
- no frequent toilet use during the night, actually not a single time at the moment (instead of 3 times at least)
I’ve just started with a part of AP (stretching exercises, buttock ex., trying to identify eventual trigger point..)
I’m doing exercise twice per a day, so pleased so far!
A huge progress has been done!

Thank you very much for the course

Thank you very much for the course. I went through several months of dark time, a process I won’t go into detail. I just started the course 2 days ago and I understand the principle and real cause of this pain. I knew the cause of my pain was from sitting for a long time, so I immediately did the movements in the picture for ten minutes. A miracle happened. I relieved the pain by 90%. It was incredible. Now I use 30 to 60 minutes to do this stretching exercises everyday. Sorry, I haven't actually started watching the stretching and trigger point video course. I only focused on my own exercises everyday. I hope you can post out my experience I hope all patients suffering from this pain can regain their health body soon. thank you all, well done !

Self awareness

I had never even considered focusing on my pelvic floor muscles but immediately realized upon doing the exercises and stretches how much tension I was chronically holding in this area. This program allowed me to recognize this imbalance and work towards a remedy. This has led to a greater state of relaxation and body awareness that I previously had not been able to achieve.

A lifesaver, comprehensive, and well worth the price

This program has helped me immensely, both in my understanding of the physiology behind my pelvic issues and helping me develop the daily habits for longterm healing. Thank you so much Aidplan team! I don't know how I stumbled onto your website, but it was a real godsend when I was desperate for hope and encouragement. The videos provide so much practical knowledge and simple, effective demonstrations; I enjoy doing the exercises while watching TV with my husband. I would absolutely recommend this valuable program!

Great program

Great program. I was unable to get an appointment with my physical therapist for a few months, they had no appointments available. So I did my own research, found your program which was very beneficial and helpful. Thank you for offering such a great program.

Compassionate Guidance for Pudendal Neuralgia

The AidPlan trainers are very caring, compassionate and motivating. Their explanations of the causes of male pelvic pain and pudendal neuralgia are realistic and on-point.

The comprehensive advice and methods they share for treating the pain and discomfort are reassuring and motivational. Exactly what I needed at a time when the pain was almost unbearable and causing me to lose hope that I would ever be able to return to normal daily activities.

I appreciate how the physicians and therapists set proper expectations and don't promise miracles without putting in the work and sticking to the program.

The video materials are very clear at describing the myriad of possible causes and treatments for male pelvic pain. However, the 12-week Day-by-Day plan itself could benefit from some interactive features, such as linking the name of the exercise to a more detailed description or the video segment within the course that demonstrates how to complete the exercise.

All-in-all, I am very encouraged and seeing improvement after 1-week into the program. Hoping that the treatments can indeed lead to a cure, because as anyone who is a pudendal neuralgia sufferer can attest, the pain can be very debilitating and extremely discouraging without expert care and support.

Scam and dont trust the money back guarantee

I signed up for Male CPPS Program. Everything could be found on google and free youtube videos. I was expecting a graphic content about stretching/release or 3D model with the expert opinions but I was wrong, it's just therapist reading the script out loud to you without any helpful content. The 12 weeks plan doesnt help much. I followed the protocol and no improvement so I emailed for the 30 day money back guarantee. But as expected, nobody mails me back. Even though I got it with the discount I still regret spending money on it (In the final video he recommended three useful books. I think I spend 150$ just for the name of these three books which is more helpful than entire course)

TL:DR - It's a scam. See the physicians/therapists and buy the pelvic pain books. Save your money

Great program!

The program is great and it is helping with the pain. My only complaint is that it is recommended to do it twice a day. That has been a bit much. I feel sore and need some days off from the stretching. Perhaps there should be something in the video about what to do if there is soreness from the stretching.
