Great training to learn and put things in practice!

The training is very interactive and there are a lot of examples included which makes it really tangible. I especially liked the Digital Learning Strategy part. That part was the main reason I started this course. The One World Hotels case was a great interactive case to do where all things really landed.

Thought Provoking

A lot of this is thought provoking ideas with a solid foundation on references and content. With the downloads and the handouts, worksheets and other supporting documentation and items. It makes it easier to put the thoughts into processes and protocols. I like that it helps to invigorate the thought process to form real life solutions. Using the handouts and notes make the reference needs super easy. I enjoyed it.

All the content was relevant. No time was wasted.

The layout of the course work made sense. The frameworks, cheat sheets, knowledge bestowed on the learner. It was all very well thought out and laid out for maximum. The quizzes, the role playing, the additional reading, were all relevant and maximized the time I spent immersing myself in the information.

Practical & Forward-Thinking AI Course for L&D Professionals

I found the AIHR AI Tutorials for Talent Learning & Development course to be highly relevant, practical, and forward-thinking for today’s L&D professionals. The course provided a strong introduction to how AI can support instructional design, content development, learning strategy, and performance consulting in a more efficient and innovative way.

One of the most valuable aspects of the course was the Prompt Library and the practical examples of how AI can be leveraged to support learning and development workflows. I also appreciated the emphasis on aligning learning objectives and solutions with actual business and performance needs rather than simply creating training for training’s sake.

The course content was informative and well-structured; however, I believe additional hands-on practice opportunities would make the experience even stronger—particularly around building and customizing GPTs. There were several steps involved in the process, and more guided practice or live application exercises would help reinforce the learning and increase confidence in applying the tools independently.

Overall, I would recommend this course to HR and L&D professionals who want to better understand how AI can enhance learning strategy, instructional design, and organizational capability development.
