Worst auction house ever.
I paid for my merchandise, of which Aikens never had possession of, and called and called for two months trying to get a refund and finally had to file a claim with my credit card company in order to get my money back. I can't believe Hi Bid And Live auctioneers hasn't shut them down. These guys are scam artist and should be ashamed of what they do!
Won auction never recieved ..calling them one month later basically said I don’t know anything. And hung up on me.
I disputed the charge with my CC company they issued me a refund. Just don’t deal with these scam artists.
I recently won a few auctions and Aiken sent me an invoice which I paid with my credit card. It was just slightly over $600. Once they got the payment they stopped responding to my emails. They claim that they ship items within three days, it has been ten days and no shipment and no response to any of my emails.
