I never usually leave reviews but I had to for this company. I bought a controller about 11 months ago. I’ve had nothing but issues with it - the paddles are brittle and break so easily - I’ve gone through about 3 sets. My R2 button then got jammed. I sent to Aim to fix which they did. After a week of receiving it the buttons now press themselves randomly rendering the controller completely useless. They are poorly built - do not buy!

Honestly, I've owned their controllers since PS4; I've owned three of them and recently got a PS5 controller. I genuinely liked the company at the beginning, but after many inconveniences as a customer, I came to the realization that their support is by far one of the worst supports and customer services I have ever experienced, and speaking as someone who spread the aim controller like it was gospel, I regret doing it. All the conversations back-and-forth with their support team, with provided evidence and pictures of them saying they were going to fix the main problem I sent my controller for (anolog 1 piece replaments ) and ended up not fixing the main problem. I asked, and then they proceeded to make forced repairs when I said not to repair anything without approval; they didn’t listen, which I called them out on. It showed my messages of me communicating with them and showing them how they not once but twice they ignored my messages and only made it relevant once I decided to start informing them I was going to involve the BBB for fraudulent activities. They did nothing to make me feel valued as a customer, and I'll never be supporting them again. Their team is by far the worst experience I've ever had from any company; they hold no accountability. My repair cost was $130, and if you've gotten controllers repaired, you know that the shipping is not free. They wanted me to ship it back again, adding another $50, and then charge me for the inconvenience that they could’ve avoided and they already had a resolution for it but didn’t do so because of the lack of communication and shitty customer service they provide. I hope to anyone who's considering getting an aim controller think very hard. Do you want to wait three months for your repairs to be done properly, If even done right? If so, aim controller is a perfect brand for you. I have my evidence and screenshots in case anyone ever wants proof; I'll save you the headache and experience. I've made sure to reach out to the BBB, and hope anyone that goes through similar experiences does the same. I have screenshots of the team leader admitting they're in the wrong due to poor communication, but not once did they make the effort to make it right. No customer should have to pay more out of their pocket because of a company's lack of communication. Aim controller has made me realize after all their terrible reviews, they couldn't care less about the customer. If I'm incorrect and they make it right, I'll delete this, but until then, I highly suggest no one else goes through what I did; just avoid the company in general. Don’t support a money hungry company that can’t hold accountability and make things rights for their customer.

Received a broken controller, they did not care at all, did not even say sorry or any sort of apology. Refused to expedite my repair. I am now close to 3 months from initial order and I still do not have a working controller.

After less than 10 hours of play, the controller already broke. Was allowed to return it for repair. After they received the controller, I received a message from him that the repair would take 30 working days. This while making a new controller only takes 21 working days. I asked for my money back so that I could buy a controller from a manufacturer that does offer customer service. Since then I have not received any message from them. Please note the TMR sticks they use are the cheapest available on the market.

Absolutely outstanding experience with AimControllers.
I used the Speedy Aim option, which was actually on promotion and completely free at the time of purchase, a fantastic bonus. My controller was built in just two days and delivered within three days via UPS, which honestly exceeded my expectations.
The controller itself is incredible. I managed to get it for €199 during a promotion, fully loaded with upgrades: TMR sticks, mouse-click buttons and bumpers, and instant mouse triggers. The joystick feels exceptionally precise and responsive — easily the best I’ve ever used.
What really impressed me was the personalization. My gaming logo, name, and overall design were done exactly how I configured them in the builder. The controller looks and feels truly unique.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier. Premium quality, fast build time, fast delivery, and amazing performance.
Highly recommended.

I’ll start from the top,
Ordered the controller when the new TMR sticks came out, I waited around 9 weeks to receive,
The build quality is okay
However after only having the controller 3-4 months if that my digital tap triggers stopped working one side stuck and wouldn’t work the other actually shot before even been clicked in properly
Now I’ve sent it for repair they stated 14-30 working days which is wild in my opinion as I live in England so that’s shipping it off ( £30 ) then them getting it which takes 5 days atleast and then after they receive it they then start the 14-30 days
I’m on working day number 33 and I’ve still not got my controller or no update that it’s even fixed
I honestly wouldn’t recommend,
but yet they claim now they can get new controllers out the door within 3-5 days yea right
May aswell stick with scuff yes they break but wow the turnaround is 10x faster with similar build quality

The design process for creating my new controller was very easy to use and there were a ton of options. Could not believe how fast I received the controller. I t went from Poland to my house in 3 days. I don't even have that type of timing shipping with the US. Once I received the controller everything was well packaged and they provided an excellent manual to get me started. The controller itself is beautiful. Colors are crisp and shiny and the 1mm triggers are a game changer. The fact I can change the magnetic plates to a predesigned theme or even create my own really sets them apart from other custom controller sites. To top it all off though is the lifetime warranty.

The only thing I’d mention is that the triggers are pretty sensitive, so you have to be careful not to press them too hard. I do wish the build quality felt a little more durable, but as long as you handle it with normal care, you shouldn’t have any major issues.

Manette reçue avec une qualité catastrophique pour un produit censé être “premium”. Dès les premières utilisations : grip arrière qui se décolle, joystick gauche cassé, support du joystick brisé, la manette tire toute seule en jeu, câble fourni défectueux et un bouton arrière type clic souris qui s’est détaché et ne fonctionne plus.
Pour le prix payé et la réputation annoncée, le niveau de finition et de fiabilité est tout simplement inacceptable. On est très loin d’un produit haut de gamme : c’est fragile, mal assemblé et inutilisable correctement.
Je ne recommande absolument pas cette marque. Très grosse déception.

Extremely disappointing experience with Aim Controllers.
I received a controller with catastrophic build quality for a product that is supposed to be “premium.” From the very first uses: rear grip peeling off, left joystick broken, joystick support ring damaged, the controller fires on its own in-game, the provided cable does not work, and one rear mouse-click button detached and no longer functions.
For the price paid and the reputation advertised, the level of finish and reliability is completely unacceptable. This is nowhere near a high-end product — it feels fragile, poorly assembled, and unusable in proper gaming conditions.
I absolutely do not recommend this brand. Very big disappointment.

NEW UPDATE:
AimControllers keeps lying. In their newest response beneath they lied about several things:
- They claim that the shipping costs on back paddles is 15 Euros but they won't show me the receipt of the shipping cost! If I check for a private person its around 4Euros. That means, that in reality the customer pays for a warranty product and not just for shipping! If they didn't fill us with bullshit lies they would just be transparant and not hide the actual shipping cost or let os arrange our own shipping. But they refuse to, meaning that their back paddles breaking over and over (as a warranty product) gives Aimcontrollers a 15Euro turnover every time a back paddle is snapping. Remember, in my review I also showed that Aimcontrollers refuse to ship more than one set of back paddles even though it's a warranty part. Why? Case then they can make a profit EVERY time back paddles snaps for a customer.
-They have a chat- for 3 months this wasn't the case. I just checked on their websiteand it's still not there. So they are almost impossible to reach.
My advice: I gave AimControllers the benefit of the doubt when it took several months for my product to arrive and they refused to just give me my money back. Please don't make the same mistake and stay far away from these lying scammers!
I had alot of issues when ordering my controller - but when I finally got it, I loved it.
2,5 weeks ago, a back paddle snapped for no reason and I wrote support twice. I havn't received as much as a confirmation email back that they received my message. The chat doesn't exist anymore either.
So this basically means that a 250Euro product with no possibility to reach the company except by calling a foreign number in Poland with ultra high costs?
Terrible service, and I feel sure they do this on purpose to avoid costs from all the issues people have with their Aimcontroller parts breaking! Easy to promise a lifelong warranty then...
UPDATE:
When I wanted to use my warranty on the back paddel that snapped, they will charge 14Euros for shipping (I tried to find shipping myself, and Aimcontrollers charge 10Euros more than a private person can ship the same weight of product for).
Meaning: AimControllers makes a business out of shitty back paddles breaking, earning approx 8Euros every time someone needs back paddles replaced (Way over 50% of customers according to Trustpilot) since this cheap plastic can't cost them more than 2Euros to produce.
AimControllers refuses to ship more than one of their faulty back paddles - even though its a Warranty product. I told them I just use one back paddle and I would like a few of them and not the entire set. Of course they refused to. That way they can make money EVERY time a back paddle snaps, so I/we have to pay 14Euros again next time when (not if!) it snaps!
AimControllers refuses to let me see a receipt of the shipping costs from their freight company and they won't let me arrange my own shipping on a warranty product. So its straight up peasant fangery with no way around making Aimcontrollers earn money on a warranty part that breaks again and again, forced to pay 14Euros every time - for a warranty part that costs maximum 2Euros to produce!
AimControllers has nearly 40% (!) 1-star reviews out of thousands, which shows perfectly what a fraudulent company they are. Stay far away from these scammers.
All of us with snapped back paddles should arrange a common lawsuit so this fraud company can be stopped stealing our money with their bullshit lies and a shitty product! They hide behind policies taking 0 responsibility because it's good business for them selling back paddles snapping. So when we users can't share contact information on here it makes them untouchable since they know that one person can't go up against them. Disgusting company!
