Pad worked fine for 30days then it all started falling apart, the cheap plastics are soooo bad. Still waiting on a response from the customer service so I can at least send it back for repairs or replacement as im lucky enough to have bought warranty with it. Always read reviews before purchases. Lesson learnt

The product is alright when it works, but for such an expensive customizable boutique product, the workmanship is shoddy and the customer service is underwhelming.
I owned one for years, and had to consistently order new paddles because the ones they had at the time were cheap and broke regularly. They charged me for every new set. After some years they finally upgraded the paddles to less-breakable (but still not outright durable) plastic, but the stick drift on my controller got so bad that I eventually ordered another one.
When my new one arrived, it came dysfunctional. The L1 button didn’t work. I emailed customer service; they wanted me to send the entire controller back in, have them take a look, and they would send it back. A multi-week process, when I had just paid a premium to get it shipped early. I popped off the button myself to find that part of the L1 button that connects to the controller had broken off, and instead of replacing the button before shipping it to me, the tech had just put a cheap filler piece in the gap. I replaced it with the L1 button from my old controller and it worked fine.
Now, buttons are falling off my new controller left and right. The plate for the touchpad barely lasted a month. The R1 button doesn’t work anymore, and the switch that toggles the right trigger from normal to mouse click (the main appeal of a custom controller) has outright fallen out.
Buyer beware. It’s nice when it works but there’s no excuse for the controllers to be as cheaply and thoughtlessly built as they are.

I am very disappointed with my experience. The controller I configured here a few years ago no longer works as it did on the first day. I had severe stick drift on both sticks and my Spiderweb buttons stopped working. Since the company advertises a lifetime warranty, I sent in my controller for repair.
I gave a very clear request: fix the stick drift, restore the Spiderweb buttons, and upgrade my L1 and R1 buttons to smart triggers.
After my controller arrived, I waited over a month before receiving an email. I was told the stick drift repair would cost €15 per stick, and that a flex cable soldered to the board was torn and not covered by warranty, requiring an additional €20. The smart trigger upgrade was suddenly priced at €65. Even though the first send-in is advertised as free, I still paid €20 for shipping.
In total, I paid around €135 and waited almost two months—only to receive my controller back with the wrong buttons upgraded. They upgraded L2 and R2 instead of L1 and R1. Their response was simply that it was a mistake and that I should send the controller in again so they could remove the smart triggers and install them on the correct buttons.
After all the time, money, and frustration, this is unacceptable. Poor communication, unclear pricing, and incorrect work. I strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering or sending in a controller here.

First of all my controller came with stick drift second they wouldn’t take it back because it wasn’t under the insurance plan that was supposed to cover everything.

Terrible customer service. Terrible shipping.
Liars, thieves and fraudulent operating business.
Bought a controller on November 28 and paid extra for 1 to 2 day shipping. Im still waiting for the controller to arrive that was shipped on the 9th.
I requested a refund of the $29.99 fee they charge for 1 to 2 day shipping and their response was "its not our fault the shipper doesnt offer 1 to 2 day shipping."
They sell the upgrade then steal your money.
Save yourself the trouble and buy a Scuff.
Worst company Ive ever had the misfortune of doing business with.
If you don't know already, look up what Planned Obsolescence is. First, It took two months of contradicting emails and a $45 import fee (to be fair, they did reimburse. But the requirement of, in order to recieve an already purchased and over due product is ridiculous) because it was sent from the UK, before I got my controller. Within two months of use, a back paddle broke, the cap that holds the paddles in place broke, the magnets that hold the right faceplate seperated from it, the thumbsticks literally desentigrate as you use them (both sets are nubs now) and eventually start popping out as you use them, the rings around the thumbsticks chipped apart from use, it has to be hard reset every time I need to use the touchpad, and the supposedly "TMR" thumbsticks have stickdrift (both). The warranty is BS if you actually read it, 30 days for stick drift and you have to pay the shipping both ways if you use the warranty. And there's no guarantee they honor it anyway because they only do so if they determine that it's covered via testing to replicate the failure after you've sent it to them. And no, I did not abuse the controller, I don't rage and throw things or bang on stuff when I lose. I had a regular Duelsense 5 for almost three years before needing to replace it, and it was used when I bought it.
At first glance I was happy. But after a couple of hours gaming the paddle snapped in half. No hard use or anything just snapped. I emailed aim about this and they shipped a replacement. But after this my dpad broke.. I can’t use right dpad… I’m trying not too throw it in the trash can but I will definitely buy something else. Anyways I’m back playing on my edge controller for now. Don’t waste ur money on this..

AimControllers has now replied and confirmed that they will only offer warranty support if I send the controller back for inspection. This would leave me without a controller for weeks, even with their “priority service.”
Given that this controller has already had multiple hardware failures (broken paddle, faulty D-pad, and stick drift), I do not feel comfortable sending it away with no guarantee of a proper resolution.
Since they are not willing to offer any alternative solution, I will not continue this discussion over email any further.
Just do your self a service and don’t buy this budget controller.

Within just six months of owning this controller, I’ve already experienced two separate issues—and now I’m being told I can’t have it repaired because I’m outside the three-month window, even though their own warranty terms say otherwise. According to the warranty, “Claims should be submitted within 30 days of detecting the defect” and shipping is covered by the company if the item is sent in within the first 90 days after delivery. To me, this clearly indicates that as long as I report the issue within 30 days of noticing it, the claim should be valid.
What’s frustrating is that I followed these instructions, yet customer support refuses to honor the warranty, completely ignoring the written terms. A $200 controller should not have multiple problems in under a year, and when it does, the company should stand behind its product—not make the repair process as difficult as possible. The fact that they won’t even cover shipping after such a short time is incredibly disappointing.
Overall, this has been one of the most frustrating warranty experiences I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend this product or the company based on how poorly they handle defects and customer support and the poorly build quality.

Out of 3 controllers. Mine, my fiances and my best friend. Every single one has has major issues. For the price paid the quality was lack luster but we gave them a chance. We were all extremely gentle with them and within a month a trigger broke on my fiances. He did send it in and after 3 months it was returned working but AIM somehow deemed it as pressure related before we had shipped it back to them. Only a couple months later the same trigger broke. My best friend had her trigger adjust slider literally just fall out of her controller and then got stick drift. My controller had the joystick housing completely break off. Bought a dual sense edge and will NEVER purchase from AIM again.

Repair update:
I received my controller back from repair within the three weeks like they stated. After one week of use everything seems to be fixed. There was an immediate issue with the stick calibration and the left stick was drifting terribly. I found a calibration website online and was able to calibrate them on my own.
AIM replied to my email that the sticks often need to be calibrated by the user. I suppose that is fine, but nowhere during this process was that communicated until after I brought the issue to their attention. My assumption would be that this is done at the factory, but apparently it isn't.
I'll change my rating from 2 to 3 stars, but I'm still not sure I could recommend AIM controllers.
Original review - The builder on the website was easy to use and the build time was fast. My controller was built in Poland and arrived in two weeks from the date I ordered it. The controller looked and felt amazing. I was very pleased with it initially. It also came with an extra set of thumb sticks and a 3' USB C cable for charging.
Unfortunately, the controller had multiple issues out of the box and was unusable. The controller sounded like a baby rattle when shaken.
R2 was basically set to on. You could not rest your finger on it and even the slightest brush on the side of the button would cause your gun to fire.
L2 on the other hand, at times needed to be pushed extra hard in order to aim down sights.
L3 randomly worked when trying to sprint.
The Right Stick, which is TMR, did not always center properly (acted like stick drift), and was extremely sensitive regardless of how much dead zone was applied in game.
As far as communications go, emails are slow and most felt like they were not answered until the following day. I asked for a refund, but their policy does not allow for it, despite the product being defective. There was no indication of shipping damage on the packaging. It took a week to get a shipping label to send the controller back to them for repairs. I was told that the repair time was 3 weeks. The tracking number shows that they will receive it this morning, so I cannot comment on the actual repair time or quality.
I was also hit with a US Customs charge of $49.95 today, four weeks after receiving the controller, due to the tariffs. AIM sent out an email before the controller was shipped, explaining that they had to outsource the build overseas due to high order volume and that they would reimburse any US Customs charges as long as I paid the charges online before the controller was delivered. Well, it's a little hard to do that when the first notification you receive about the charge is by mail, a month after delivery. I scanned and emailed AIM a copy of my UPS bill this morning in hopes that they will cover the cost, but I'm not holding my breath.
I would not recommend AIM Controllers.

I recently bought a fully maxed TMR PS5 controller, and although I was a bit hesitant at first because of some negative reviews I’d seen, I can now say those people were just extremely unlucky. I’ve had absolutely no issues with my controller so far.
After placing my order, AIM’s customer service was very responsive, and the controller arrived right on time. The only small downside is that, due to the digital buttons and smart bumpers, the controller rattles slightly when shaken. Hopefully, they’ll be able to fix this in the future with some rubber parts, but for now, I’m more than happy to keep using it.
This is by far the BEST pro controller I’ve ever owned and I’ve had SCUFF, Elite Pro 2’s, and Turtle Beach. The TMR sticks are the most amazing upgrade! ZERO DRIFT! Literally 0! I will buy AIM and only AIM from here on out!
I bought a 400 dollar controller in May and it's already falling apart the paddles are falling off expensive ass controller for some plastics to break get better plastics I'm never buying from this shit ass company again

I would never recommend this company. First my order took almost 3 months to come. As they keep saying they are too busy. After receiving the controller, within a year i started noticing input delays and so i contacted them. They give lifetime warranty but you have to pay for post. It takes 1-2 weeks for them to reply. So finally i arranged repair and asked them to upgrade the buttons to digital. They charged me extra for upgrade. I sent the controller for repair and they said it will
Take 28 days for repair to happen. No update after a month and I contacted them and they said it will be ready this week, again not ready give another week or so. Finally after 2 months they said it’s repaired and they have sent the controller and i will receive it tracking number from ups. Then ups held the controller for more than 3 weeks as aimcontroller didn’t provide enough information. I had to send them all
Details myself and i ended up paying another £50.22 for customs. Biggest mistake of my life spending time and money of this controller. Also they sent the controller without any repair and there were loose screws . Now i have asked them for refund and they are not even responding anymore.

I learned about AimControllers while watching content from a YouTuber I follow, and after checking out AC's website I customized and ordered a PS5 controller. AC offers numerous customization options and the process to customize and place an order is straightforward and streamlined. This is my first custom-built controller, and I'm blown away with how it looks and feels, and how it's improved my gameplay. I've already recommended AimControllers to my son, and my friends, and I recommend them to you, too.
