I purchased what I thought was a teddy coat with a hood . It eventually arrived today and to say the quality was poor was an understatement. I wouldn’t wear it to bed !!!! It was flimsy and had no shape , it was covered with white bits . I am furious as this cost £59.99 , it isn’t even worth £10!! I’ve emailed them today to ask for the address to return the product and for an immediate refund . This is clearly misrepresentation as what they sent me looks nothing like the picture.

I would WARN any one thinking of purchasing anything from this shower ,DONT , it’s a total SCAM !!!!

Do not buy from Ainsworth and Co. They present themselves as a regular boutique but they are dropshippong front. When I tried to return an item I was shocked to find out that I am required to pay for trackable return shipping to China. The cost of sending it back is ridiculous and practically equals the price of the item itself. Their return policy is designed to trap you into keeping clothes you don’t want. Their sizing is ridiculous and quality dreadful.
