DO NOT BUY THIS! I ordered this and what I received was not what was pictured. What I got was a literal safety hazard. They removed several parts and the supposed fuel chamber was in no way leakproof, so if I had tried to use it, it would have gone up in flames from all the liquid leaking everywhere. I was offered a whopping 10% refund for their false advertisement. Only way they would give a refund was for me to pay shipping back to china and when I send it back I'm doubting if I will get the refund. When I left a negative review on the product site it didn't show up.

I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from Aintimall.com.

I ordered two antique-style mechanical candle boxes after seeing an advertisement on Facebook. The advertisement depicted an attractive, vintage-looking mechanical box housing a self-lighting wax candle, with intricate components and an antique finish.

What I received was NOTHING like the advertisement.

Instead, I received two cheaply made, gold-colored metal boxes that barely resemble the products being advertised. Both arrived damaged, with poorly assembled components. The difference between what was advertised and what was delivered is astonishing.

I contacted Aintimall to resolve the issue. Their initial response was to offer me a mere 10% discount if I agreed to keep the defective, misrepresented merchandise.

When I refused, they provided a return address in CHINA, despite the package having been shipped to me from Springfield Gardens, New York.

This raises serious concerns about their business practices, particularly whether their return procedures are designed to discourage dissatisfied customers from obtaining refunds.

I have photographs documenting the advertised product and the actual merchandise received.

In my experience, Aintimall engages in grossly misleading product advertising and provides an unacceptable resolution when confronted with legitimate complaints.
