Well I bought 2 beautiful rings from them, and a tennis bracelet and everything was really great, Well that was like 5 years ago. I bought a couple more rings from them 1 Emerald cut 5 ct. & Emerald cut eternity ring. I finally received them, but right away I noticed something different, the workmanship wasn't up to par, 2 stones fell out of the eternity ring the same day I received them, oh and this was 2023 by the way, The 1st set were bought before 2020 they're doing great, but the second set sucks, they weren't even the right size, and when I tried to reach out to the company and was totally ignored after numerous emails. The date of the second set was at the end of 2023 and ran into early 2024, I couldn't work your date/ calender thing. But I came to the conclusion that the person that made my 2nd set didn't really know what he/she was doing, very shoddy workmanship.

This company have taken my money and have not sent the item, they day it was delivered and sent me what they day is proof of delivery it is a piece of paper typed in Chinese, they are saying that it was delivered at 0324 so middle of the night. I don't think so. Trading standards here I come. Don't order anything from this company they are fake and its a big scam

Avoid!! … they do not respond if you have an issue.

This is the worst company ever. I regrated spending my hard earned pounds for a piece too small to fit and wrong other too. After sending an email to return it, I was told to pay money for logistics. Runaway my friend, run away.

PS: I ordered almost a month ago in June before father's day and I got the package just yesterday 4/7/2021

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY TWICE AND YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR JEWELLERY EITHER. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY AND THEY DONT REPLY BACK TO ANY MESSAGES OR EMAILS EVEN IF YOU PROVIDE THE ORDER NUMBER TO THEM.

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! THEY HAVE SENT ME THE WRONG PRODUCT TWICE NOW AND REFUSE TO CORRECT IT OR REFUND MY MONEY. THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS. I TRIED THE PHONE NUMBER BUT I COULD NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE.

Ordered a bracelet one month ago and no one will answer my many emails about when they will ship it. Very bad customer service. I will never order from them again.

I ordered a ring from here that arrived in January. Unfortunately within 2 weeks 2 of the stones fell out so I emailed them, sent a message on messenger and wrote on their Facebook page yet it took 7 days before anyone acknowledged me. I sent them photos of the ring with missing stones and asked them to send me another ring (as I really liked the design) they wanted to charge me full price for the item and the shipping again to which I said no, after a bit of emailing back and forth I agreed to pay shipping only for another ring. My new ring arrived 3 days ago and now has 2 stones missing. I have emailed them and messaged them again but still no reply. Purchase with caution as the jewellery may look amazing but the quality is clearly not that good

Ordered product 5 weeks ago STILL hadn’t shipped! Company says problem with expedited shipping, when it hasn’t been shipped. I should have been suspicious when no tracking info was sent. Want a refund!!

I have been wearing it on my right hand since I received it and it is beautiful. Still very clear and easy to clean. I will buy it again.

Further to my previous reviews, after four months and a lot of haggling I have finally received my replacement orders. As expected,the items are beautiful it was the service that I was unhappy with. I will probably order again

I was told my necklace was “delivered” I emailed them, I was told to check with my neighbor and house mates to confirm they didn’t pick it up accidentally. They didn’t I asked. I replied to there email.. yet to get a reply.. Nothing.. a week later it arrived. Looks amazing. Love it..

Horrible horrible customer service

As with a lot of Chinese costume jewelry websites the customer service is not good at all.

1. The do not reply to any website inquiries about products at all.
They have 2 identical products on their website, and when asked about why 2 seemingly identical rings have two different prices, I of course got no reply.

2. They do not respect their own T&C.
According to their own T&C, one can place an order and it can be canceled as long as the product has not been shipped yet. I ordered an item and canceled the order on the same day. They confirmed they would cancel the order, and shipped it the next day.

I would NOT recommend buying from this company and would rather focus on other jewelry websites that offer good customer service (ex. BERRICLE, where I have always received prompt, top notch customer service).

Excellent . The ring was exactly as described and arrived within the right timescale.
