Quilted laundry baskets, not as advertised …

Laundry baskets advertised as quilted... blah blah.. Should've read reviews before my purchases.. Truth is, they're not a bad product, quality is OK, just 100% not what they are advertising or anything like what's pictured. Disappointing. I was really looking forward to opening these, they weren't cheap -and actually bought one to give as a gift -that won't be happening now.

This is a very deceptive company

Like the other reviewers, the canvas bag that cost me $42.98 was not quilted.

I have been in contact with this company. At first, they acted concerned and wanted more information as well as pictures of the product. I kept saying that my only problem was that the basket is not quilted. They finally offered me a 15% refund and said I can keep it or give it away, and they said this: "The product images featured in our advertisements have been optimized; therefore, it is normal to observe slight discrepancies between the actual item you receive and the images shown." I asked how that explained that every basket in every picture was described as QUILTED. That isn't image optimization, it is deception.

Incredibly disappointing purchase

Terrible product - I ordered a dragonfly quilted bag and received a cheap looking printed bag. Design muddy and not all like the item posted in their ad. No point in requesting refund as I will get the runaround. I was looking for a gift, and l would be embarrassed to give this to anyone. Going straight to Goodwill donation.

This product is awful

This product is awful. It shows on advertisements that they look three-dimensional and fully quilted heavy duty cotton which it's more like a canvas quality no stitching at all. It's all printed on and no dimensional anything the edging is not pretty like in the picture in the straps are nowhere near what they're posted on the advertisements when trying to return this item they're asking me to take pictures of my problem which I don't have a problem. I got the items it's just not what they presented and I don't know how to get my refund when I just don't like the product and it was nowhere near worth the money. This is about a six dollar item and I paid $40.

This is a SCAM

This is a SCAM, they do not send you quilted laundry hampers. The designs are stamped on the canvas of the hamper. There is NO quilting. They are from Hong Kong and the shipping will cost you more than you paid for the item to return it. If you think you are ordering a quilted hamper, you're not. It is a SCAM.
