Easy to use!!!!

I visited a shell garage near Manchester airport on Style Road, I used the air machine as my tyre light had come on, while doing this realised there was also a jetwash so managed to clean my car which was great as I had some time to kill as I waiting for a friend to land at the airport,
Can’t fault the equipment easy to use and also took card payment!!

Attempted to use a car wash machine, that took payment and was broken. Tried multiple times to contact company to obtain refund and had no response. Will be contacting my credit card company to obtain refund. Will never use any machines managed by this company, just in case I do not receive the goods or services. As you cannot obtain refunds after the payment has been taken.

Great service and easy to use good value for money

The jet wash took 2 payments from me then the machine didn't work. I rang straight away and was sent a link to request a refund which I did. It said to allow 5 days which I have done. I Ave put a request in again but now on reading reviews I doubt I will get a refund. Luckily it was only £6 but that's not the point. How many other people have they taken money from with no service or refunds.will never use them again and wish asda wouldn't have them on their petrol station forecourts.

I put in the claim for a second time and also made a complaint via email.today I have received confirmation that they are refunding me. So this is now resolved with persistence.
Big thanks to air serve for resolving it and giving me an amazon voucher as a sorry along with my refund

SCAM!!!
Using this device to steal from citizens in the UK. This company is just a scam and takes peoples money. I have been changing for my refund from a broken machine that took my money but did not work but yet the customer care service is not helping at all.

Slow and poor customer service.

Used local jet wash machine two weeks ago. Paid but nothing happened.
Emailed to ask for a refund eventually got a response to fill in a form.
Did this and got no response after five days.
Sent email to chase this up.
They replied to the original email (not the more recent ones) and asked me to fill in a form.
Frustrating.

Engineer came out on same day Christmas Eve to fix the machine. Always sort us out

Used the machine at my local station, but machine vandalised. Tapped card and took payment, contacted on email and got refund in back in 3 days

Great powerful Jet wash machines at supermarkets

I put £1\50 in the air machine only to find it was not working I got in touch with them but still have not heard anything after two weeks they are a shit company and will not use them again.

One of the worst company's I've ever had to deal with.

I used the jet wash, at Birley Moor Road in Sheffield and the chemicals that they use, weren't watered down enough! Causing a chemical burn on the whole of my car. I reported this to the garage and then their head office, many times.
And the message I keep getting back is "We have passed it on to our insurance company"
Two months have passed and I've still heard anything from anyone about putting my car's paintwork back to how it was before I used there jetwash!!! If I don't hear something soon I will be forced to take legal action 🤬

I recently paid for airserve sceeenwash at an out of order pump. Unfortunately the garage had not put up an Out of order sign. On trying to get a refund at the garage I was referred to a web link as the garage does not do refunds as it’s not their equipment. Reading the reviews here I was doubtful to get my money back, but I have to say my experience contradicts the negative reviews. I received an acknowledgment straight away once I had submitted my refund request and was paid out within the specified 72hrs. I’ve not given 5 stars as I do think if you’re paying on a site and something is out of order you should be able to get a refund on site and maybe this is something the company can look at for when these situations occur. Other than that it was easy and straight forward to get a refund.

My partner used air-serv equipment at our local asda in aberdare South wales to clean the car. DO NOT USE their equipment it last really bad nasty scratches all over the car which has caused a lot of distress. To name matters worse they are refusing go take responsibility and basically accusing him of lying, absolutely disgusting. They provide car cleaning equipment to alot of the major retailers, Asda,Tesco,Morriston, shell. If you look online it will show you and I can not stress to you enough not to use then if you value your vehicle.

I called to pop some air in my tyre, noticed the pump had been left out or what I thought had occurred, popped my money in a proceeded to use the compressor and low and behold! Some toe rag and actually cut the compressor line. So I was left with air coming out of my tyre!

To be fair the agent response was super fast but the fact I have to spend fuel money going to the store for a refund is a joke! I have emailed ASDA and see what they say.
