I purchased the app but to be honest never downloaded it. Then went to hospital and have been here for 5 days and will have to stay a while, and after will be unable to cook. I reached out to support via email and even though it was 9pm here I immediately received response from support staff member Nora A. (Junior support staff specialist). She was wonderful and soooo polite! Thank you for hiring great staff and for being available.
