Best rate Australian dollars....emailed confirmation and was delivered by signed post in 36 hours.....extremely pleased with service .

Ordered 2 types of currency on different dates. Rates were the best. I normally do the supermarkets but this beat them hands down. Was able to chose my own delivery date.
I recommended to my friend who was going to use a supermarket.
Nice and easy took 5 minutes to do a bank transfer. We are both very happy.

Brilliant and prompt service. Initially had concerns when I made the order as I received no order verification email - however, a quick email to their parent company Forex (City Forex) and a chap called Ryan sorted it all out very quickly - to the point where even though we had arranged for delivery on Monday, we received the money Saturday.
Really good service, my only quibble would be that perhaps their website ought to be updated - just to avoid any potential problems in the future.

Put in all my details and payment details for a default page coming up saying pay by bank transfer? Very concerning and annoying, and no email to explain anything after I've tried to purchase travel money. Had to contact bank to check the money hadn't been taken. Would rather get a worse rate but safer transaction elsewhere!

Money has not arrived as ordered and now have been told i will have to await a claim before I get my money back! Never again

we actually went on holiday and weeks after our return we finally got a refund.

Ordered two different currencies on Sunday and delivered to home on Tuesday by Royal Mail signed for delivery.

Great rate, only comment to Air Money, it would be good to receive an email confirming receipt of the order and/or posting out. otherwise really good rates

Used a couple times now. Really good exchange rates and convenient pay system. Have found customer service to be useful on an occasion where needed an order cancelled. Will keep using them no hesitation.

Naturally hesitant, given the need for upfront payment. Absolutely fine. I received an email straight away confirming my order and delivery date, as per previously advised. It arrived on the date told via Royal Mail, signed for. Faultless. Of course this is riskier than collection, but the rates were good and a hassle free option.

Usually get my euros from Sainsburys or Debenhams but this site offered better rates.
I ordered €900 euros on the Friday and these came by Royal Mail special delivery the very next day. I had opted for delivery on the Monday but really didn’t mind the early delivery.
FSA regulated for piece of mind.
Would have given 5 stars but the slider bar was a little annoying to use to input the amount needed.
Would definitely use again.
