Air7 Seas is holding our household belongings. They are ignoring repeated communications via messages and emails, and taking no action to resolve the conflict, demonstrating bad faith and deliberate obstruction.
We hired Air 7 Seas for a move from Washington, DC to Manila. They quoted us $3,800 and collected a $2,515 deposit. After pickup, they revised the bill to $7,085 without warning, receipts, or approval.
The new charges included packing delays and wait times caused by their own team, plus unexplained material costs. When we pushed back, they refused to release the shipment. We were told it would be considered abandoned at the Manila port if we didn’t pay immediately.
With no other choice, we paid under duress to avoid losing our belongings. We’ve since filed complaints with the FMCSA and the California Attorney General, and are preparing a small claims lawsuit.
This was a bait-and-switch experience. Once they have your items, you lose all leverage. We do not recommend this company under any circumstances.
