Loss of heating/hot water rectified

Upon returning from an overseas holiday, I noticed water dripping from my outside system store….upon further investigation it appeared the hot-water tank was leaking - a later visit from an emergency technician confirmed this.
Upon receipt of the replacement tank, Robert worked (with a colleague) to exchange the unit and get the system back into performing order…..the site was left clean and tidy and I was updated on progress throughout the day.

An excellent service was provided.

Prompt service assured

Problem diagnosed by Aira with immediate phone call to tell us an Engjneer would be with us to rectify problem! Zeke arrived and sorted it and all is working fine, with no charge for an engineer to come or for any work needed! All included in the original package for installation! Excellent service!

Support team is great

I contacted the support team for advice on maintenance of our new heat pump. All information given by Emily was spot on. Totally recommend Aira as a company and the heat pump is great.

Hot water issue

I reported a problem with the hot water temperature and an engineer came out to investigate a few days later. After inspecting the system he quickly found the issue and resolved it that morning. He also noticed some of the pipes in the loft were not lagged so he carried out that work as well.
I am very happy with the Aira customer service provided my Medy Ogolo and Maintenance resolution by Andy Manning.

Excellent experience with Aira Home UK
We recently had an air source heat pump installed by Aira Home UK and have been extremely impressed with the whole process from start to finish.

A special thanks to Tim Heard from the sales team, who was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, helping us make an informed decision with no pressure.

The installation team of Scott Anderson, Iain Wood, and Paul Hartles were equally outstanding. They arrived on time, worked hard throughout the installation, and were courteous, tidy, and respectful of our home. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and they took the time to answer our questions and ensure we understood how the system operates before they left.
What could have been a complex project was managed smoothly and professionally throughout. We are delighted with the installation and the level of customer service we received.
In fact, we have been so impressed with Aira Home UK that we are now in the process of having them install a solar PV system as well. That alone speaks volumes about the confidence we have in the company and the people who represent it.

I would happily recommend Aira Home UK to anyone considering an air source heat pump or other renewable energy solutions.

5 stars. Great service, great people, and a great result. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We’re very lucky to have Peter Dawes covering our area. He’s courteous professional and knowledgeable. Just what you need when carrying out a repair. Jonathan Lemon was also very helpful with liaising and Booking in appointments.

Aira detected a fault with our heatpump…

Aira detected a fault with our heatpump and sent out a technician. Adrian, the Aira technician, was very professional. He explained everything he was doing and fully answered any questions. The problem was resolved and he carried out a full service. Adrian was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Thank you Aira.

Fast and expert response

Aira clean energy service technician Daniel Knowles brought our appointment forward. He inspected our system and quickly spotted and rectified our problem. Very personable and efficient. Well done AIRA.

Great experience of Aira Helpline

We had a query re our Aira heatpump system which I initially raised by phoning the helpline. The young man who took the call (Jonathan) said he would speak to a technician and follow up asap. We received a very helpful email from Jonathan soon after the call, with comprehensive and detailed information. Extremely good, courteous, helpful customer service.

Aira heat pump installation

We are so very pleased with our recent Aira heat pump installation.
The installation team, Owen Rothwell, Gustavo Ledo and Luis Walker were professional, proficient, polite and friendly and they provided a brilliant service in somewhat challenging conditions, namely the extraordinary heatwave that we’ve just experienced!
They installed the system, needing to access all rooms and the loft space, with minimum disruption. Communication was clear and helpful and the work was carried out to a very high standard. It all looks fantastic and is working well.

A first class service

I'm really pleased I chose Aira. From the initial quote and installation through to their aftercare, the service has been first class.

I recently needed help resetting the thermostat, and Jonathan from Customer Care was incredibly helpful throughout. He responded quickly to my emails, patiently explained everything, and provided information about the ownership transfer process for when my bungalow is sold. When it became clear the thermostat needed further attention, he arranged for engineer Alfred to visit.

Alfred quickly identified the issue, got everything connected properly, and made sure the system was working as it should before he left.

It's refreshing to deal with a company that provides such excellent aftercare as well as a great installation service. Thank you, Jonathan and Alfred, for your outstanding support. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aira.

What a week to install a heat Pump

What a week to install a heat Pump. We can only say a massive thank you and well done to our Aira install team of John Glynn, Colin Brown, Rio Douglas and Matty Taylor for all the work they have done this week installing a heat pump in the middle of a heat wave. All week they have been tremendous people to have about the house, getting the job done smoothly, methodically and with (what appears to be) no wasted time. They are also really nice people. They answered any questions we had and took their time with us newbies to the tech to explain how it all works. We knew before the install that things would be good once we liaised with the installation manager and from the first date of install everything worked seamlessly with deliveries arriving as scheduled and work progressing smoothly. It really was a professional, premium job.
