Buy all my trainers from Air & Grace but fancied some new sandals. Could not resist with the good discount. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Wouldn't buy my foot wear anywhere else!

I ordered black sandals not olive green .
They took longer than expected to arrive and also despite leaving messages re the above no communication has been received in response .

Olive green was the colour ordered, we did not amend the colour, and are unable to do so after a customer has checked out. We also resent the order confirmation email to you so you can see the colour/size that was ordered.
The final pair of black Gala was sold 6 days prior to your purchase so it was not possible to order on our website on the 26th May. You can request a refund from our returns portal as we mentioned on our email reply. Thanks, Team A&G

Beautiful shoes and sandals but came up small
Beautiful shoes and sandals . I gave 4 stars because I find they came up small . I am a standard 42 but will often go up a size for comfort but even the 43 came up short . I decided to make a couple of extra holes in the strap so they fit easier but really shouldn’t have needs to . They are lovely
