If I could give no stars at all I would! Similar to everyone else’s recent experience this is a dreadful product and dreadful service. Definitely not UK based as took so long for product to arrive. Takes rediculously long times to dry hair. I presume the reviews and videos on the website are edited. I should have known when the video on the Home Screen featured a totally different branded product! Absolutely rubbish device and now struggling to get any money back at all. Will be trying to contact trading standards/consumer advice to follow this up. Please don’t get caught out by this company! Product is dreadful!

Scam company.
I realised after purchase when I got a no reply email that something felt off so i came to these reviews and realised it might not be legit. I cancelled the order before payment and airbrush uk cancelled the order but took my money anyway. They then claimed to have had technical difficulties giving me my refund and wanted more bank details from me. I refused and complained to the cc company who put a chargeback on the account. Suddenly airbrush claimed their technical issues were resolved and that they can refund me now, only if I close down the dispute. This is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.!

Since leaving my review here, I have received the follow up request from Airbrush via trustpilot to provide additional information about the product, which I have done, but still no reply from Airbrush. I have since sent a further 3 communications and absolutely no reply. Please avoid this company and save your money- wish I had!

THIS IS A WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!!!! i purchased online for Airbrush UK and realised this was coming from China. I strangely rrceived a text from a Shaoke company that i had a parcel to collect from Post it collection box. I collected but there was a small package with NOTHING in it!! I have since received delivery updates from Airbrush advising me that YODEL have failed attempts to deliver to a faulty locker in a town i do not live in! They are now saying after 3 attempts they will return. The customer service email does not work and mail bounces back. I will be contacting fraud and the government to get this ad taken down and will contact my credit card to claim a refund and to investigate. I have also retained the empty package for investigation. Hopefully this will save someone else from being robbed and scammed!!!

Untrustworthy company! Cheap product that does nothing that it states on the website or social media posts. Avoid at all costs. No returns allowed. Scam!

Since I wrote my review I have raised a claim with PayPal and I was offered a small refund of £13.98 from Airbrush Uk and they have told me I can keep the product, which I certainly don’t want! I have refused this and am awaiting a response. Another very slightly larger refund was offered. Not impressed 😡
UPDATE: Full refund paid by PayPal.

Do not buy! Received item that doesn't power on at all......told by company I wouldn't be refunded as their contract states they only refund if item is defective or malfunctioning. What planet are they on??!! The item is both defective & malfunctioning! Offered 70% refund. Passed onto Paypal to dispute. KEEP CLEAR, shoddy item.

Reasonable item but not as good as expected as too cool. Took quite a long time to deliver. I have short hair so most of the attachments are no good and the hair drying attachment is so cool I use my Vidal Sassoon drier.
Not a hugely thrilled customer. Looks good but mediocre performance. Sorry.

What a joke this company is. Claims it's based in the uk but email contact is at random times. Airwrap does not heat up. Had to video this . Twice!
I have asked for a replacement but this has been declined even though they have the evidence.

NOT AS ADVERTISED. Don't waste your money. Extremely poor quality.
3 out of the 5 attachments do not work properly. 2 of curling barrels do not pick up/ suck up your hair, so you have to do it all manually and hold it in place, just like a traditionally curling wand. The 'anti-frizz' brush, gets caught in your hair so easily, it's dangerous and pulls your hair out.

The shipping time was significantly longer than advertised, it took almost a month.

The customer service is incredibly poor, they do not respond to the majority of your attempts to contact them, and they will not allow refunds, even when the product is defective.

Hidden in the depths of their website is a horrific returns policy, they charge you 49 dollars to 'inspect' the item you've returned.

They only allow reviews of 4 and 5 stars on their website.

Do not waste your time and money on this corruption company.

Prompt customer service regarding delivery and I’m very pleased with the product. My daughter has the Dyson air wrap, which I have used. In my opinion this gives the same result, at a fraction of the price!

Ask for a refund straight after ordering as I realised I had made a mistake .Fobbed off time after time and was told it could take 40 days for a refund

Don't waste your cash. When I asked to cancel my order as I didn't believe it would arrive for Xmas, I was lied to by Myra over email telling me it had been dispatched but the tracking didn't update. I then bought an alternative product to ensure I had a gift so had planned on returning the airbrush anyway. The airbrush finally arrived 05/01/26 and the Royal Mail tracking showed the parcel had been dispatched the evening after Myra had replied to me on 23/12 using 48hr tracking, so it would never have arrived on time anyway. I have now opened it to have a look and it feels and looks so cheap. Everything is covered in black flock from the box lining. I wouldnt recommend turning it on, looks like it would just melt. Absolute crap.
Airbrush offered me a partial refund of £13 to keep the product which I declined, and they are refusing to provide a return address for me to send it back. I raised a case with paypal and they immediately refunded the payment for the travel box, they are looking into the airbrush itself. I feel confident it will be upheld

I bought this airbrush set i payed 69.90
It says a British company so why did it come from china instead of london were it advertise its from, it is absolutely rubbish and it's so loud when you turn it on i personally couldn't stand the noise in my ears so I asked about returning it they have come back with so many excuses but the answer was a definite NO I said about costumers right but a NO so I'm stuck it it but I tryed curling my hair with the round brush and the other curling attachments but the curls just dropped out please don't waste your money do not buy from this company I think its a scam personally.

After attempting to use the 5in1 airbrush product, I found it to be defective, poor quality, and, most importantly, unsafe. Here are my views upon using the product:

​Safety Hazard: Upon turning the device on, a significant amount of smoke began emitting from the airbrush. This is a major fire hazard and suggests a serious internal electrical fault.

​Poor Performance: The device lacks the necessary air power to function. My hair does not wrap around the barrels as advertised, rendering the styling features completely ineffective.

​Substandard Quality: The styling accessories are made of low-grade, cheap plastic that does not meet the quality standards expected from the product description.

​Due to the dangerous nature of this item, I am not comfortable with using the product.
