Airbrush 5-1
I saw the product on social media but always check the actual website before I order from there. Having read the reviews on Trust pilot after placing my order I was disappointed id fallen for a possible scam. I waited a couple of weeks for my order and emailed them to ask about delivery. The email was replied to after 24 hrs stating an approximate date. I waited anticipating disappointment. However the delivery arrived one day earlier than promised and I am delighted with it. Such confusion here comparing my experience with others Could it be I ordered directly from their site and not through social media? I really have no idea why my experience was different My review isn't to confuse you regarding ordering but looking at the product from another perspective.

Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service, they don’t tell you that you have to wait weeks for it to arrive from china, they don’t also tell you that they don’t accept returns, and neither does there website.
Absolutely terrible customer service, save your money don’t buy from this company
Extremely bad experience
Extremely bad experience, ordered a hair dryer and have been in touch with the team for a return as the blower temp doesn’t change irrespective of the various modes they have. The guys only have been asking me to share additional info and been following up since 2 months but they take no efforts in accepting the return and investigating from their end. After having bought all the time with all the back and forth email exchanges, now they say they can’t accept the return.
More practice needed to master the air…
More practice needed to master the air wrap bits. Perhaps some guidance to be included with the item
Just like many reviews I would rate…
Just like many reviews I would rate this as 0 stars if I could.
I ordered the product on the 20th November after the website said 3-5 days for delivery, it eventually turned up on the 8th December.
The item is plastic tat, the heat doesn’t change on the hairdryer, it just gets louder and louder.
I even paid extra to get the box for the product shown on their website which is white with a gold clasp, the box I received is white with a magnet on the clasp and has left cheap black fluff all over the rest of the packaging and on the outside of the box.
The website says to use their contact page to get in touch, the contact button doesn’t even allow you to send a message, I’ve only managed to send an email as I replied to a WhatsApp message saying I wanted to return the product to get this response :
Hi Thea,
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your order. We understand that you are not satisfied with the product. However, as per our terms and conditions, which were agreed upon at the time of purchase, we only accept returns for defective or malfunctioning products.
Your reason for return does not meet these criteria, so it unfortunately does not qualify for a refund under our general returns and refunds policy.
If you are experiencing any issues with the product, please provide us with a video showing the malfunction. This will help us better assess the situation and explore any possible solutions within the scope of our policy.
We appreciate your understanding.
Best regards,
Myra
These scammers need to be stopped!
Please don’t waste your money by…
Please don’t waste your money by ordering from this company, it is a scam. I don’t usually fall for these things but I got swayed by an influencer on social media & placed an order & money was taken, Immediately afterwards I felt uneasy, checked Trust Pilot & realised I had made a mistake. Emailed the company to cancel the order, got a reply to say they would issue a refund but that has not happened. When I chase it up, I just keep getting told the finance team are looking into it.
Would give 0 if that was possible
Would give 0 if that was possible! Utter rubbish and cheap tat. Very flimsy and thin plastic, sent directly from China. Gets red hot after 30 seconds. Won't return as their policy is exchange only. Have raised a Paypal dispute!
DO NOT BUY THIS!!
Do not waste your money! I would have given no stars if possible. Breaking all customer rights laws. Potentially dangerous as heating controller is faulty. Device temperature does not increase. Try drying your hair with luke warm air and an extremely noisy cheap bit of tat sounding like it might blow a fuse! I am now receiving bizarre requests from this company to plug it back in a send them a video?! Numerous emails received all from different people none of which offer a refund or an address to return to. Obviously this is a serious scam affecting many people. I am contacting my local BBC radio to have this broadcast on live chat so there will be less of us on here in future! Only way to reclaim my wasted cash is going to be through my credit card company. DO NOT BUY THIS!!
Update. Trust Pilot want me to send these dodgy people my phone number!! If I don't prove my identity to Airbrush then Trust Pilot may remove this review!? Seriously unbelievable.
Do not buy from this company
SCAM??? Ordered this 5 in 1 hairstyler whilst it was on offer together with the storage box. I should have read the Trustpilot reviews first. Still no sign of the styler or any updates and it has been over 2 weeks. After reading other reviews, I think I have probably been scammed!
Purchased as a gift but wished I had…
Purchased as a gift but wished I had done my due diligence before hand. On realising the product comes directly from china just like similar much cheaper ones I checked the reviews as delivery was stated as 5 days, no chance of that from china so if that’s a stretch on the truth what else are possible issues. I was horrified to read the reviews of poor quality products and poor service. I immediately contacted them to cancel the order as I don’t want an inferior product that might not turn up in the first place. Their customer service response basically said tough it’s on its way nothing they can do. Ok, I’ll just return it, they do not honour your basic consumer rights, no returns unless faulty and they will not refund the full amount as they charge a fee 50% the item value and you have to send it tracked back to china or its guaranteed to not arrive, the postage cost means you get no money back in the end and is there to clearly discourage returns. I suspect the warranty with the item is worthless as you would have the same issue and it’s clearly a poor quality product and not worth what they charge. The reviews on there website and social media are clearly fabricated. Do not make my mistake and order from this company.
If I could give it 0 stars I would!
DON'T BUY! This is cheap rubbish. Here's my full review of you've got the time to read it!
I was duped by a social media review from a "hairdresser" that said it was a good as a dyson dryer. I have a dyson air wrap and trust me this product is not a 10th as good as a dyson. I needed a second cheap wrap style dryer for holidays etc so purchased the airbrush.
First off the website gives the impression it is located in the UK. It's not, the product comes directly to you from China.
When it finally arrived it is cheaply made and is basically a hairdryer with bad looking attachments.
The wrap wands don't work, forget trying to curl your hair with it! The rest of the attachments are basic but do dry hair as it gets incredibly hot even in the lowest level, there is only 1 button that does both heat and airflow but nothing much changes between settings.
SCAM SCAM SCAM
SCAM SCAM SCAM
Influencers swayed me to buy this product for my mum for Xmas as she had been wanting one for ages and this was a cheaper alternative to dyson air wrap, paid for it and got confirmation of order and said they would be in contact again when dispatched, was wonderingwhy product had not been dispatched after a week and went to go on to the website to get contact details to enquire when it would eventually be dispatched only to find out I can’t get on to the website!! Disgusting company, avoid like the plague, horrified at the other reviews. So silly to not have checked before hand but everything seemed so legit! Also shame on influencers for recommending given that people who have had theirs delievered say it’s cheap rubbish
SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
Reluctantly awarded 1 star because its the lowest permissible by Trustpilot.
UPDATE & ADVICE
Initiate a credit card chargeback through your provider. I have done so and been refunded that way.
*UPDATE* I supplied my details via Trustpilot for Airbrush to verify my review and LO AND BEHOLD Experian have alerted me that my personal details are being sold online. Quite the coincidence. Contacted Trading Standards, Watchdog and Rip Off Britain just for anyone wanting to refer this absolute shambles to the telly.
*SECOND UPDATE* The product arrived from deepest remotest China following a grand tour of GB. I initiated a return but "Grace" has said i cant send it back because they are "moving premises". Hahahahahaha!
Led to the website by a promising bit of click bait advertising showing lovely ladies with swishy bobs.
The website, which vanished like a fart in the wind had a little banner of awards dating back as far as 2022, and the green stars and branding associated with TrustPilot, with positive reviews from lovely ladies with lovely hair. Website has since reappeared with its banner full of notions on display.
I stupidly checked Trustpilot *after* placing my order. I knew they'd made a gom out of me and decided to go about conducting some investigative work of my own to assess how likely it is that they're a lying shower of gobsh*tes. I believe I am correct from what I've found.
1. They didn't win any of the awards listed. Not a single gong. Not even an honourable mention certificate to bring home to mammy.
2. Emma with the lovely bob is called Emily and her photo was stolen from Instagram where she'd been styled by a Dyson Airwrap.
3. They are trading under Popcard LLP. That company was forcibly dissolved earlier this year via a compulsory strike off.
4. Ordered on 21/11/25. The website stated a 3-5 day delivery time, and despite my questionable maths skills, I believe that would have had it arriving on 24/11 - 26/11. It arrived today on 09/12, but then what do you expect when the lying shower of sh*tehawks ship from deepest remotes China. I've not even bothered to open it.
5. They won't give me a return label either, I'd written in advance to be ready and they spun a yarn about the product not being faulty and therefore not returnable... totally flouting the Consumer Contract Regs. But sure they know that.
Hoping that my credit card company can do a reversal of sorts... we'll see.
Anyway. I'd advise everyone to stay clear, with the website down I'd hoped the trash had taken itself out, but nope, its back in action to con a few more of us.
Can't believe I fell for this
Can't believe I fell for this, complete scam.
THIS IS A SCAM FROM A DISSOLVED COMPANY
Unfortunately I am another person that has been scammed. This company (POPCard LLP) was dissolved in July 2025. The correspondence address is the address listed for one of the Directors (who you can easily find on Companies House) who resides in Belgium.
The warning flag should have been that it’s returns policy completely ignores UK law and our rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 & Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 we are entitled to a full refund as this is an online purchase - even if we change our mind! By not stating this on its website, that is breaking the law.
This item is complete tat. I suspect the plastic will melt after some time from the raging hot tornado of wind that comes out of the thing! It’s not as described. Not two different curling barrels. Words actually fail me on how poor quality this is.
I have written to the company 5 times requesting a full refund and I get a broken record response. I have now escalated to Citizen’s Advice Bureau (CAB) who I am hoping will escalate to Trading Standards. Who knows - it might appear on Martin Lewis.
PLEASE if you are in this position, report to the CAB. The more of us that do this the better for others. I have also requested a chargeback from my credit card company. GOOD NEWS JUST IN - my credit card has refunded me the money. :)
Lesson learnt - check reviews before buying ANYTHING!
These “influencers” who are promoting this tat should be ashamed of themselves.
Do not buy from them. SCAM.
Do not buy form them, this is a scam. No product received.
Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. Complete scam. I’m amazed at my own stupidity ordering off Instagram. Two weeks in and no tracking info, no delivery. When I chased an order number they sent me one but the tracker would not recognise the order number given. I chased with their customer service who told me it was being followed up but nothing has ever been provided. I have told them to cancel the order, as it is too late, and to refund my £179.60 but have heard nothing. Waiting for 15 more days and then disputing it with my bank, with whom I have already logged a complaint.
Scammers
Scammers! Do not buy. Really cheap and nasty product imported from China that must have cost them next to nothing. Wish I had read these reviews. I’ve reported to my credit card company as you have to fill in an online form on their website for instructions on how to return? They don’t reply.
I’m going to also report to trading standards.
I stupidly ordered without checking…
I stupidly ordered without checking this first. Cancelled the order straight away and received confirmation it was cancelled, the payment has still been taken off my credit card. I’ve opened a dispute with my credit card provider to try and get the money bag.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS
**Refund update - Advised I would receive a refund in 5-7 days, timescale now passed and being told they’re having issues with the refund system
Update
After opening a dispute with my credit card I now have the payment refunded by my bank. Do not buy from this company .
