Surprisingly easy to use! I have thick, curly hair and was able to achieve a fabulous blow wave with the tools provided. I am in shock!

Is this a joke? This is the absolute worst experience. I ordered this item over 3 weeks ago and have not recieved it. It was supposed to be a Christmas present or my daughter but I have not recieved the item. I am beyond fed-up with following up with your contact details only to be shown some bull shit link to tracking details which do not tell me when I will be receiving the item.

The product works and is easy to use. I love all the different attachments. My only criticism is that the attachment gets hot after using for a few minutes so it you want to change them up while styling your hair you need to use a towel to hold the attachment while disconnecting it from the base. Its a small issue and one that wouldn't put me off recommending this to others. This product is so much cheaper than others on the market so I'm so glad it works well.

I have never regretted buying AirBrush which work so well for me. quick to use, easy to manage. I even gifted a set of the airbrush to my sister who travelled from oversea and she loves it. Styling with the right tools is simple to attach. After effect, natural hair blow, anti freeze, silky, voluminise. Couldn't ask for more.

The hairdryer arrived very quickly .
Unfortunately the case was damaged in transit
I reported the damage and was replaced and a goodwill gift sent.
The process did take some time .

I have been using the Airbrush, to dry and style my long hair for the past 9 months. I find it easy to use and am very pleased with the results. I use the round brush attachment to dry my hair and give it lift and body, and then used the curling attachments to complete the styling. I am impressed by the ease of use and the great results achieved by using the Airbrush.

I absolutely love my airbrush. It is so easy to use and whatever style I do it stays in (with a little bit of help with product because my hair is very fine). I also bought one for my daughter-in-law and she loves it too. I have recommended this product to many people simply because it is affordable and I believe just as good if not better than opposition products.
I received them pretty quickly from when I placed the order with no issues at all.

I was very happy with my brush purchase but unfortunately it will no longer charge. I requested help from them and they were very quick with their response and gave me some great instructions to try. Unfortunately none of these worked so I am now without my handy little brush. Once again customer service was 10 out of 10 and I’m very happy with the prompt responses.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn others. I purchased this product hoping for a quality hair tool, but unfortunately it tangled and pulled at the hair, making it unusable. When I contacted customer service, they were dismissive and unhelpful, refusing a refund despite clear evidence.
This company feels more like a pop-up online seller than a trusted brand — and unfortunately, it shows in both their service and product quality. I strongly suggest doing your research and looking elsewhere. Their customer service felt robotic and impersonal, with generic phrases like “We’re sorry for the inconvenience” and “As stated in our terms and conditions…” — but no actual engagement with the specific problem I raised. The replies were fast but cold, and gave the impression I was dealing with a bot or a scripted response rather than a real person. It was incredibly frustrating.

This company uses all the deceptive marketing tricks: fake AI beauty bloggers, fake claims (Dyson) in their ads, has no listed ABN, has a bogus satisfaction guarantee (only applies to manufacture defects), and will not accept a return unless there is also a manufacturing defect. This device is selling through multiple companies with different names and price points. I requested to cancel immediately after ordering and they didn't respond until 3 days later saying the order had already shipped. Now they are refusing to issue a return slip so I can simply return the product unopened and unused, when it arrives. PLEASE REPORT THIS SCAM BEHAVIOUR TO THE ACCC like I have, it's only when trends emerge that these types of scams can be extinguished.

DO NOT BUY - THIS COMPANY IS A SCAMThis company gives the impression they are an Australian company. The product doesn't come with an Australian power plug which is not disclosed anywhere on their shop or website and when you ask for a refund they will not give one. They say they have a 30 day no risk trial as well, however they have written the conditions such that you cannot do that either. They send an order confirmation with no address, and definitely no ABN. Who knows if the product even meets Australian safety standards, I actually doubt it does.

The product came with an overseas plug and an Australian adaptor had I known this I wouldn't have purchased it. I've been in contact with them for 2 weeks trying to get a refund and they just keep fobbing me off. Like other reviewers I'm going to go through PayPal to try and get my money back! Don't waste your time like I did giving this product a go 🙄

Zero stars. Absolute rubbish! The exact same product I received can be bought for a 1/3 of the price on other websites. The product advertised on airbrushau website is NOT what I received. The company will not refund because they've advertised it as on sale (which is how they get around the no refund). The cost to return the item to 'Belgium' is a big enough deterrent, and they know it. They offered a 25% discount to keep the airbrush. This is still a rip-off for falsely advertised product. Do not recommend it. The product is cheap plastic junk. I will try to get a refund through PayPal. Scam! Stay away.
